In reply to your response; It is definitely your company. Down the slope off Manchester Road, Linthwaite near Huddersfield. I had to spend and additional £850 to make my shed into a usable space by installing an additional roof over the original one. Your product is very poor quality and badly installed T J Garden Products of Linthwaite, and will not be removing my original 1 star review.
I purchased my shed from Hope Valley Garden Centre, a reputable business, where T J Sheds have a display and sales team. However, My shed arrived on the day promised and 2 men assembled it a great speed as they had several others on their list, to complete the same day.
Some of the nails didnt quite go through the panels and I have replaced them. Unfortunately I cant replace all the split wood or do anything about damaged panel with the hole, in the side wall where daylight can clearly be seen. This panel will be lucky to last its first winter.
I reported and supplied photos to T J Sheds and was promised someone would be in touch to arrange to inspect the damage. I phoned back twice. 3 months later - I am still waiting.
I did have another issue regarding payment but that was eventually sorted out.
My personal experience is that my shed is substandard and cannot be described as a quality item whatsoever.

Hi Amanda, I believe you may have the wrong company we only have one base and we are based in Linthwaite Huddersfield, can you please remove this review as our family run business is being harmed due to this other company which has a similar name to us. They are called TJs Sheds & Summerhouse we are TJS Garden Products.

Ordered a summerhouse, chose a date from the choices they gave us. They rang day before to say the doors weren't ready and it would come 2 days later than agreed. Found it hard to try and get a rough estimate of time for arrival. Had to keep ringing. It came, they put it up but told us the roof doesn't fit and they would come the next day with the correct roof. They didn't. We rang and we're told they had tried to ring us first thing to let us know. They hadn't. There was no missed calls from them. They did eventually bring it the next day and put it on. All in all, I would say there's definitely a lack of communication on their behalf. Surely they can message everyone the day before arrival with a rough estimate of time. I would say that the rules on the document you sign are all to suit them and not the customer. The quality could be slightly better. We had long splits in some of the internal wood. But we are really pleased. It looks lovely

The product was well made ant the staff where friendly and courteous came as promised and went together no problem would
