A bit disappointed in my plants they had all fallen out .but I managed to sort them and they are amazing.

Beautiful plant arrived on time

I recently received a plant that although healthy, the single mini pineapple fruit had become detached. Within hours of emailing customer support, I received a very helpful response. Not only were they sending me a replacement, which arrived intact within a day or two, they supplied information on how I could propagate a new plant from the detached fruit. They also explained how the original plant might still produce new plants at it's base. They couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.

Excellent plants, very well packed

Although there was a mishap with a delivery date the quality of the plants is excellent as is the customer service.
Fully recommend this company and will continue to use them.

So disappointed as I was expecting a yellow hibiscus. I have pink & orange & was looking for a yellow one. Saw it on Facebook ordered it & it arrived another pink one. Great.

Our plant delivered and it did not look healthy. A couple of days later and it's gone from bad to worse. When it arrived half of the leaves were brown and so were the flowers.

Update: customer service was wonderful and are sending us a replacement.

What a great bunch Lazy Flora are 😊 Ordered a variegated monstera for my partners birthday, beautiful healthy plant along with a satin pothos that I missed the promo code for, but Lazy Floras anything but lazy team were straight onto it and amended my order after the fact. As with anything travelling via courier, the monstera took a bump en route despite being wrapped up and packaged well, the guys here were super fast to respond, receptive, and so friendly and proactive in their approach. In the end nothing but a bit of support needed to help repair a bent stem however the offer of a complete replacement was made, which was outstanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again from the team, there are many places to buy plants but the guys here and their ethos for happy customers (and plants) is amazing and fills me with confidence that I’m buying a great level of quality and service. Monstera and pothos are happy - will be adding soon and would only order from one place 😚

As this was a Christmas present for my wife I felt it over promised & under delivered.

Great service and quality

Ordered a terrarium kit. Good product for the price! Accidentally took a bit longer to make it (2.5 days rather than 1), and the plants are still alive which is a good sign. Overall, good product, fast delivery, straightforward instructions, and no skimping on materials. Great bday gift.

As Usual super happy with service provided by Claire and her team. Plants arrived within the time frame and in really good condition.
