Lazy flora provide excellent quality plants and a reasonable price. Delivered promptly and with care . I definitely would recommend them.

My friend was most happy with the gift. It was a Jssmine plant. It was sent in sympathy of the loss of her mother and very well received.

We were disappointed with this subscription. The first plant arrived damaged and when we let the company know we were promised a replacement, which never arrived.
We also received 5 indoor plants and only one outdoor plant delivery, which was not what we expected from the mixed subscription.

To be honest I have not had a good experience with Lazy Flora. I often have to get in touch with them to deliver my plant subscription as it never arrives. This time I didn’t however, the pot arrived smashed.

Have ordered from this Lazy Flora before and was really happy with my plants, but this time did not receive my order, no replies when I tried to contact them, and so raised a dispute to claim my money back. Will avoid in future.

Like another reviewer, I'm concerned now that I'll ever receive the plant ordered and paid for on 1 March 2024 as part of my regular subscription.

My order hasn't been sent. My emails have been ignored. I am starting to suspect I've been scammed out of my money. While trying to find other ways to contact the business I looked them up on Companies House. As a result of my research I discovered they are using the Company Number AND VAT number of a completely different business. I also found only one business listed in the name "Lazy Flora" on Companies House and that is being liquidated.
It looks like the only way to get my money back is to get my bank to do a chargeback.

First delivery did not arrive but new courier delivered plants quickly.

Misleading fotos (all much older plants) and no description to manage expectations. Much smaller plant, both plant and pot under the advertised size range. Slow response to first contact and no reply to second email asking for pre-paid label for the return and reassurance of full refund. —- they emailed me within hours of this post, lying about not receiving my follow-up emails (evidence provided) and still no response to this… Sad

The packaging was so shocking,I had to throw the plant away

My purchase was a gift for someone else. I consequently have not seen what was delivered. All I can say is that the recipient is delighted with the plant delivered. For my part I am happy with the efficiency of service. I look forward to hearing more from the recipient about the (hopefully somewhat out-of-the-ordinary) plants they receive .

Actual plant was lovely when it arrived which took around 10 days and ended up with me having to contact them . Plant I was sent was also smaller than the one I ordered.
