I don't believe this company are still trading despite having a website and taking customers' money. Took my payment and then said the order had been cancelled (at my request??). No refund.

I have not received my spring basket although I’ve paid for it. I keep having to chase my baskets up each new season. Very disappointing, although when baskets do arrive, they are lovely.

Excellent and great delivery
Excellent and great delivery, with informative emails about my order. The plants were packaged very well and in such a way that even the cacti plant I had ordered was safe enough for me to handle before placing it.

Hi June, thank you for taking the time to write a review for us on Trustpilot. I'm glad to hear you were happy with the plants, but I'm so sorry to hear you have not been able to get in contact with us to rearrange your delivery.
Unfortunately I have not been able to find any emails from you under your name or email address. If you responded to an email notification about your delivery date, this email would have gone directly to the courier company and unfortunately we don't see these emails. Our customer service team is available on help@lazyflora.com 7 days a week, and we respond to all emails within 24 hours, usually much quicker than this. We are also available on live chat on our website during office hours Monday to Friday for immediate help.
We offer the option to select a convenient delivery date in advance when you place an order on our website but I can see you had not specified a date there for your order.
Apologies for the inconvenience caused by the delivery timing. I have also sent you an email directly now in case there is anything else we can help with at all.
Great Customer Service
Five stars all the way! I’ve purchased plants from Lazy Flora a couple of times, and always been pleased with the quality. What really sets Lazy Flora apart for me is their fantastic customer service . Following an issue with my last purchase (something completely out of their control), the issue was resolved to standard way above what I was expecting, all within a few hours of me contacting them.

A lovely gift
I bought this as a gift for my elderly father which he loved. The house plants all arrived in beautiful pots and are all thriving. The bulbs and outside plants have all flourished. This was great value for money, lots of bulbs and outdoor plants and the indoor ones have all been well established.
I would strongly recommend this as a gift for a keen gardener.

Whilst happy with the plant I received…
Whilst happy with the plant I received I was a little underwhelmed that a subscription never had any clear insights into how many plants I would receive. I thought for my moneys worth it would be 2 at least, could have picked the same plant up for £15 in my local shop. Otherwise a smooth service and well packaged.

The subscription cost includes the premium quality plant itself, along with overnight courier delivery to your door, plant care information, access to our plant experts and our 30 day plant guarantee for all the plants we sell. We always try to include exciting and unusual plant varieties you may not have seen before in shops; most of the plants are exclusive to our subscription and our subscribers always get our best prices. The plants we select for the subscription are all of equal value but differ in size depending on the type and variety. They are generally up to 35-45cm high and come in 11-15cm nursery pots.
