We ordered a white aluminum patio table. The table that arrived is grey and definitely not white. I contacted LayinSun and got the reply that it’s a dark white and the pictures online might be misleading. Well the description should not be white then. I asked for a refund and instructions on how to send back the table. The reply was sending it back would be very complicated and we were offered a refund of 50%.
Also we didn’t like the add on insurance that is recommended when placing the order. After mailing back and forth we were told we would not need it for lost or damaged items or returns.

Very happy with my 10 piece furniture set. Very comfortable and satisfied with the quality of product. Would recommend to other people.

I’ll admit, I was highly suspicious of this outdoor furniture when I came across the website because the price was so low! I thought it was a scam or the furniture would be terrible. After a week of research and reading reviews, I purchase the 11 piece sectional- and i’m SO glad I did. They showed up really quickly, and I’m so impressed with them! The cushions aren’t super squishy- but it’s perfect for an outdoor couch. We had a large party and everyone could finally fit in one seating area! We got so many compliments on the couch and surprise when I told everyone how much it cost. I’m recommending this to everyone looking for outdoor furniture now!

Great pricing, fast shipping, easy assembly, comfortable and attractive outdoor furniture

I bought this for a three season porch. Arrived quickly, Comfortable, easy to put together, and a great price . Only complaint is that the ‘brown’ color leans red (think mahogany). I will be painting it so it fits in with other decor.

We found the furniture we were looking for and hit a sale! The furniture arrived within a week of purchasing it. The assembly on the chairs took a little longer than expected, but it looks and functions great, so far!

I am so happy I ordered this set. The delivery was quick and all pieces were in good shape. The set is comfortable, good quality, and went together perfectly! (it does take some time to put together) Would recommend.

you have to expose the opportunity to oick ad choose what models you have for instance the 6 inch seat. I had to but the 2 seat and table package twice which cost me buying the choice to buy the 4 chairs and 2 tables with the 6 inch seatand it cost me more

The set looks nice and is comfortable. Three screw holes on one of the chairs did not match up. It was very difficult to make it work. I ended up purchasing three smaller screws so that they would screw in. The couch and other chair had one each that would not fit.

Overall the first pit is a nice addition to our outside patio. We haven’t used it yet, so I can’t review that portion. The quality seems good overall but there were a few concerns. The propane tank holder is made to look like a side table, with the handle on the top, it makes it look goofy as a table. The tank box also doesn’t screw all the way together. Once I start to tighten it the lid automatically starts opening. There were a couple scratches on the fire table right out of the box, but they weren’t too noticeable. I do wish there was an indented area for the glass piece to sit into. We have small kids and I do worry about them knocking it off. Or even if there was a place to story it inside of the fire pit when not in use would have been a bonus.

We ordered the 10 piece patio set (couch, 4 swivel chairs, 2 ottomans, 2 small tables and firepit) and we absolutely love it! Our set was delivered in several boxes and came within days of eachother. Putting the furniture together was doable by myself and the set included the tools required for assembly. Instructions were easy to follow too. Great construction/sturdy and great price too. We have not used the firepit yet but it is a beautiful addition and love that the blue stones match our blue cushions!!! I had to contact customer service once via email with an assembly question and they responded rapidly and were very helpful. Highly recommend LayinSun!

We purchased the ten-piece Layinsun Black / Beige 6" cushion wicker patio set and ordered an additional two small tables. The set is well built, comfortable, chairs swivel nicely, easy assembly, and the deep black wicker really makes the decor and flowers pop! We had some delivery issues, but the customer service was excellent! We highly recommend this set. Everyone loves it as much as we do.
