I purchased one of the 12 person straight wall tents, ot arrived on a Tuesday. When I received it I set it up in my back yard. During the assembly I found that one of the fiberglass rods was damaged. I sent an email with some photos of the damage. The next morning there was a response to my email saying they would send a replacement part right away. Thursday afternoon FedEx dropped off the replacement part. I am totally impressed with the response to my issue and the quick delivery of the replacement parts. We'll done!!

Ordered through Walmart. The box set in my garage over the winter. When I went to assemble it, it was missing several pieces. I reached out and the service was amazing and the quick response was so great and they resolved my issue.

Good value and well made. I did have a little problem that was taken care of by the company. It’s easy to use and looks great when up with the build in lights on at night.

I purchased two large outdoor furniture sets after renovating my backyard. The pieces came extremely fast and were better quality than expected with the affordable price tag. After putting everything together, one piece of a set had metal break when tightening the bolts making the frame unusable. I wrote to their customer service with the pictures of the issue and they were quick to respond and sent replacements without any hassle. Had a great experience with this company and will surely buy more.

I ordered the PHI VILLA 6-Piece Metal Outdoor Patio Dining Set with Stackable Chairs and Navy Blue Umbrella. These products have thus far been an outstanding value and have made our deck and patio into beautiful outdoor spaces which we use daily. Unfortunately, when I received the table, it had a dent in it. I contacted PHI Villa support and they sent a new table, quickly, without asking for the original table to be returned. Based on this experience, I purchased another umbrella for the duplicate table and a second set for our patio. Thank you PHI Villa support for your helpful service and for products which are well worth the money spent.

RUST ! Dont buy the Phi Villa outdoor furniture set it rusted in less than a year. Not just a little but all 10 Chairs as well as the table. I contacted the company and they did nothing except say it is out of 1 year warranty. I bought last July finally got it together in mid July covered it all winter and my patio now has rust stains all over it and the furniture has rust on the arms on the base anything metal is rusting. it was $1000. I have had 2 sets for 20 years from SEARS and cost about $500 and another set from BJs none had any rust. This company does not stand by their product very disappointed!

This is THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER PURCHASED FROM. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! A literal joke. I purchased through Tik Tok shop the Boho Wicker Patio Furniture Sofa Set, 3 Seater, Outdoor Rattan Conversation Set on May 13. Once received I noticed a part to the set was missing so I messaged them and have been back and fourth with them since then. I have yet to receive the missing part, first it was supposed to arrive sometime late June then it went to July. After, I’ve had enough now they tell me it’s currently on a cargo ship still and hasn’t even REACHED the warehouse yet. This is so ridiculous! I don’t understand why you wouldn’t double check your packages before sending them out to paying customers and on top of that make them wait this long??? I have no idea when I’m going to receive my missing part or if it will ever be delivered. I can’t return it now because it had to be returned in its originally packaging. It’s been outside sitting on my deck for the past 3 months. I will never ever buy from them again! This is just such disgusting service on an over $300 item that I wanted to use for outside space and never ever even got the chance to.

I purchased a garden umbrella, which was slightly delayed in being dispatched, but it eventually arrived. I then ordered the matching base, and that’s when the nightmare began.

After more than two weeks and 18 emails back and forth, I still don’t have the base. I was given tracking details for a parcel that never even left the dispatch depot. I was then offered a £10 refund, only for that offer to be withdrawn later,

To make matters worse, there is no UK customer service telephone number, so the only way to contact the company is by email, which has been slow, frustrating, and completely ineffective.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company.

I originally left a one-star review after my umbrella developed a structural defect after four months of normal use. I'm pleased to update my review because PhiVilla honored its one-year warranty, responded promptly to my claim, and sent a replacement umbrella without requiring the return of the defective one. While I wish the original product had not failed, I appreciate a company that stands behind its warranty and treats its customers fairly. Their responsive customer service turned a disappointing situation into a positive experience.

I ordered a nice large umbrella for my deck and I looked for a long time till I saw this and decided on it. It came in a nice box and well packed, but It was in missing a part for the sandbags to hold it in place. There was a card that said dont return the item just call us or email us for parts replacement if needed. The company was very understanding and they sent my part right out to me. I am very happy with this company and the quality of my umbrella is excellent now If your looking for a reputable company to purchase an umbrella from this is it.

I purchased a canopy, one of the rods broke on it after the 3rd time using it. Contacted customer service and they simply said they couldn’t help (they don’t sell replacement parts, didn’t offer any discount to purchase a new one… the rep never even asked if they could do anything help to help! Just, “I hope you can understand..” lmfao).

Excellent experience. I had a couple of issues with the furniture but they were quickly resolved and am so happy with everything.

I was missing a part. Emailed service and they promptly process the part and received it within a few days.
Very professional in responses and follow through.

The table was easy to put together and of excellent quality.I had to contact their customer service because of one of the legs required replacementThey're response was extremely quick and I had the replacement part within a week and that included the 4th of July holiday weekend! Extremely pleased with both the product and the customer service.

Excellent customer service. While assembling the chairs, I damaged a bolt. I emailed the company and was sent a hardware kit so I could complete assembly. It was one of the smoothest customer experiences I have ever had.

I bought six chairs from them and one of the chairs had a couple of problems with the material and leg. I contacted the company and the response was quick, helpful, and took care of the problem in short order. The support team was quick to respond and solve the problem.

Superb customer service. I contacted customer service 19 June about a chair back with Threaded sleeve that would not fully accept the bolt.They responded within a few hours and started the process of sending a replacement chairback. It arrived 2 July and the final chair was at the table within 15 minutes.The entire experience has been superb. Very good quality.
