Overall great purchase. Assembly was challenging due to alignment of holes. Takes some muscle. But one together, it’s very sturdy and looks beautiful. The back piece of one of the swivel chairs was warped, but after contacting customer service, a new part was shipped.

It was timely in its arrival. I was most impressed with how the company dealt with a damaged cushion cover. They were prompt in their response. Communication was consistent from concern to its arrival. The cover was quickly replaced and the set is very comfortable at a great price and couldn’t be happier

This is the first time I have ordered furniture online and I am pretty sure I never will again after this bad experience.

I never buy new, either, I usually buy someone else's used set and have to spend the time painting it and making it look new to me. So of course I was so excited to finally enjoy a brand new set of outdoor furniture with my hard-earned money for the holiday weekend...now this.

Set arrived damaged - 2 boxes dented.

Table is complete junk - dented in several places, paint completely cracked/separated at the place it was dented.

Tried sending online message. No response.

Tried sending email to service. Won't go through.

Tried calling. Call goes straight to a FULL VOICEMAIL INBOX! 🤬

C'mon....this is absolutely insane that this company has such great ratings.

Great purchase and sturdy too. Value for my money. Fabulous coverage offering great protection from the sun. Easy to erect. Pleased with my purchase and the level of support from the company i.e delivery time and quick response to my email re missing part which wasn’t missing.

The patio set was delivered with one table leg having a large crack in the welding. I immediately notified the company with information and photos. They responded within a few hours. By the next day a new table leg was on its way! The patio set looks lovely. We are so happy with the quick, reliable service.

Beautiful and reasonably-priced furniture backed by exceptional customer service. They truly go above and beyond.

I had ordered a canopy tent back in August of 2025 and had just needed it recently, well one of the bottom rails would not connect due to a flaw. I contacted the company with pictures of my issue and they were so quick with a response to get it fixed to my satisfaction. They arranged for me to receive the parts needed to correct the issue plus I could keep all the extra parts at no charge. Every customer service person seemed nicer than the last. I hope I never need another canopy, but if I do I will purchase from Green Party again. They are heavy duty and nicely made. I have received many compliments on how sturdy they are being so big (20x40) This company stands behind their product

I received the first 15ft umbrella and there were two issues. The hardware was missing and the lights didn't work. After some back and forth emails I received a new umbrella and it works BEAUTIFULLY !!! I love the umbrella. Thank you.

We are happy with our PHI VILLA Cloud Modular Couch Set! We purchased the 3, 2, 1. The set was delivered in multiple packages, which arrived as expected. Assembly was straightforward and easy, and all pieces and hardware were included.

The cushions fluffed up nicely after unpacking, and there was no noticeable odor, which was a huge plus. The grayish-brown color is beautiful and looks exactly as pictured.

We did have one back cushion that didn’t match the others, but PHI VILLA’s customer service was outstanding. They responded quickly, communicated clearly throughout the process, and sent a replacement cushion with absolutely no hassle.

Overall, the couch is comfortable, looks great, and the customer service exceeded our expectations.

My grill came in 2 boxes. No one at Home Depot or myself were aware of that. I live about 2 hours from the store from which the grill was purchased. After realizing the griddle was missing, I contacted Home Depot. They advised me to put it back in the box and return it. There was a lot of assembly required, and I knew I'd never get it back in the box. Thankfully, the manufacturer had a pamphlet in the instructions that advised me to email them directly if there was an issue. I was hesitant to send the email. Because what issues are actually addressed through email, right? But, they were able to get tracking numbers and had proof that the 2nd box was sitting at Home Depot. With those numbers, Home Depot eventually found the 2nd box, and I was able to retrieve it. If I hadn't sent that email, I would have spent hours driving back and forth before realizing that there was a small second box that contained the griddle. The email response was quick. Thank you!!!

We ordered a nine piece patio set and had Toolbox Assembly come to our house and put it together. Everything has going fine and everything had been put together when the assembler discovered the right arms on both swivel chairs were totally wrong and would not work. Rather then send it all back, since it was mostly fine and put together, we ordered two new right arms. Then we were told the arms were out of production and would have to wait a few months to get them. So we waited and would check in periodically to see if they were available. To our complete delight, they decided to send us two new complete swivel chairs and we did not have to return other chair parts back. They came very quickly and my husband put them together!

Great customer service, attention to my needs, and flexibility. Would definitely shop here again!

I had a small issue with the fabric on the mock one hammock. After contacting support they quickly review and issue a new fabric to replace. The process was very smooth and quick. I commend a company who take care of their customer and will be purchasing more from them. I love their hammock as I have multiple of them. Very comfortable and portable!!

A great parasol but the push button in the pole was missing. The customer service team responded positively and a replacement part was received, which was easy to fit.

My order came quickly and when they said it would arrive. 3 pieces were slightly damaged. I emailed them, per instructions, to ask for replacement parts. Within 24 hours they emailed back saying they were sending them right away.
They were so responsive, polite, kind, efficient and more.
Terrific experience with this company.

This company was late on delivering our 9 seater conversation outdoor furniture set. When we did finally get it was a very difficult assembly trying to fit normal sized hands into spaces a baby's hand couldn't fit. After spending hours getting 8 of the 9 seats put together we finally opened the last box to discover that the chair had no seat piece. We spent an hour on the phone trying to get someone to help us. Home Depot put it off on the vendor (who doesn't answer the phone or emails). My husband and I had to finally go into the Home Depot store. We were told there that all they could do was return the items. Sounds good right? NOT!!!!!! after waiting over 2 weeks to get the furniture we now have to wait for a moving company to contact us to set a pick up date for them to deliver it back to the vendor and then wait for them to return our money. So we the customer will be out product and our money until a company that won't answer the phone or return emails decides to return our money. This company is a scam and Home Depot needs to stop selling their products if they care at all about the reputation of their company.

We ordered a beautiful patio umbrella from this company, and enjoyed it for one summer. Unfortunately it somehow got damaged while in storage over the Winter. Since we had it less than a year, I contacted the company and asked if it would be possible to get a free replacement, and they sent me one!

Do not purchase unless it is fully assembled! Quality is average at best!

The chairs were delivered in a timely manner. The chairs were extremely easy to assemble. The chairs are beautiful, we are looking forward to using them. Customer service was very helpful and professional in obtaining a Black Cap for the seat and back rest of the chairs.

I ordered the Mirage 9-piece patio dining set from PHI VILLA for approximately $1,360, and I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service response.

The set arrived with multiple issues: visible dents and damage, incorrect/excessive drill holes, and defective pieces. Overall, the quality is far below what I expected for the price.

I assembled the furniture carefully on a carpeted surface, and the shipping boxes did not show significant damage that would have alerted me to stop and initiate a return before discovering the issues. By the time the defects became clear, the set was already largely assembled, making disassembly and repackaging a major burden.

I contacted customer service with photos and a detailed explanation. Responses have been slow, often taking a full day, and instead of resolving the issue, they offered a replacement parts and offered a $100 coupon. I have made it clear that I do not want replacement parts or a coupon because the entire set is poor quality, defective, and not acceptable.

At this point, I have requested either a full refund with permission to dispose of the defective set or a prepaid return for all five boxes with no return shipping, restocking, or repackaging fees. So far, PHI VILLA has not provided an acceptable resolution.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company unless you are prepared to deal with defective items, slow communication, and difficulty getting a fair resolution.
