Not bad but needs improvement
The set is beautiful. But I will say it doesn’t match the picture entirely. I thought the cushions would be much thicker and more expensive looking like the picture. The set up was easy. But I don’t understand why the cushions don’t have anything to anchor them to the seat. That is very annoying because now I have to go and hand sew anchor so the cushions don’t fly away in windy weather.

The outdoor furniture set arrived…
The outdoor furniture set arrived quickly and we were able to put it together without a problem. However, the ottomans were missing from the 6 piece set. I notified the company and they discovered that they were lost in transit. They quickly replaced the pieces. We are very happy with our purchase.

Great couch
Great couch, very comfy! And fast shipping!
The pieces are separate and there's no way to attach them to each other so I had to tie them together so they don't move around, but other than that I have no complaints!

Great delivery time within the time…
Great delivery time within the time limit they say. They keep you informed all the way thru the process, and everything when opened was there and no marks or dings . It was a little difficult to start with to put together on the first piece but after that it was breeze. Thank you

The return policy
The return policy. Customer service made it as difficult as possible. Furniture is beautiful though. My correct couch, that I had to purchase as you would not exchange it, is taking forever to get here.
