Product looks really good and exactly what we were looking for within the price point we were able to spend. Customer service was fast and very reasonable!

The furniture is well built and easy to set up, looks like great quality. I had one nut that was stripped but made it work and my fire table was a lot darker than the other wicker. Other than that I am super happy!
the packages came days apart from each other which I am thankful for, I had time to build some and clean up before the other parts came and I was overwhelmed with boxes.
I wish you sold covers for everything, I would of bought them with the furniture.

Lowe’s price was $210.00 less than layinsun can I get a price match refund of $210.00? I was informed no price match but an explanation for the price diff. The diff in price was for 2 year free cushion replacement, 1 year frame coverage warranty, any defects upon delivery are addressed promptly. Coffee table stud was broken on deliver I will need to pay for that to get fixed. I have been contacted as a result of this survey Layinsun advised on how they will fix the table. Remaining chairs, cushions, couch, and love seat are in good shape. Customer service is prompt and responsive to resolve issues.

The quality is great-especially for the price. Nice style. One of the packages was lost in shipping, and they very quickly sent a new one without any questions.

Received the furniture in a timely manner. Only item were the cushions on the four swivel chairs were not 4 inches thick. Reached out to the company and they made it right issuing a quick 150 refund. Love the set!

The outdoor furniture is very sturdy, well-built, and looks much more expensive than its price. It adds a beautiful, upscale feel to my patio. The furniture was delivered quickly and arrived in excellent condition.

As mentioned by the company, the order was shipped in multiple packages. When I thought a part of my order was missing, I emailed customer support and received an immediate response. It turned out the package arrived just minutes later, so I emailed them again to let them know. Even though they could have simply ignored my follow-up, they responded kindly and assured me that I could reach out anytime if I needed further assistance. I really appreciated their excellent customer service.

I haven’t had a chance to use the fire pit yet, but so far I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it.

Timely delivery and love the product. The only thing I would improve is to have the ability to order the furniture cushions separately. I love changing out the colors but can’t find d an option to do that
