Do not, under any circumstances, spend your money here unless you’d like to burn it and waste hours of your life.

I had an awful experience with Laundryheap in London. I was on a business trip and needed laundry done halfway through. I ordered a wash & fold and 2 pairs of pants to be ironed. Firstly, they sent a driver an hour early and were texting and calling me before my laundry was ready (fine, no big deal). Then, when they picked up my laundry the second time, they only picked up one of two bags. I had the bags clearly labeled “1 of 2” and “2 of 2” and in my order confirmation, specified that 2 bags were to be picked up (mandatory when you buy two services). I arrive back to my hotel from work and of course, only my two trousers were washed and the other bag with all my dirty laundry was still sitting there.

Not only that, they had the audacity to charge me an extra fee because my order didn’t meet the minimum price of £20 (which it would have if they had picked up both bags, like the instructions said clearly).

After exhausting all support channels (which are extremely hard to find, hard to use, and you can’t call anyone), their staff would not come pick up my laundry urgently, would not offer any leniency towards a future, urgent service, and would not refund my bill or even the extra fee. They blamed the hotel staff for not handing them 2 bags (despite my instructions stating there would be 2 bags, and their services requiring 2 bags).

I needed the clothes urgently and was getting no support from their extremely-slow-to-respond support chat, so lost sleep washing them in the sink of my hotel room.

Overall, hours wasted, stress mounted, and dollars lost to a miserably poor customer experience. I still can’t believe they won’t do the right thing and at LEAST refund the cost of the service they didn’t provide.

I’ve used them a number of times now and they’re consistently quick to collect, clean and return my suits. If there is a query, they communicate immediately and I have not have cause to be disappointed at any time. Thoroughly recommended.

Very disappointing experience

I have been using their service in Ealing when I was living in Harrow and had overall good experience, although when moving address Edgware facilities are disappointing.

I sent my clothes to Laundryheap on 7 September for cleaning and ironing. Since then, the delivery has been repeatedly postponed, with no clear explanation and very little useful communication.

After several delays, I contacted them for an explanation and, as the situation still wasn’t being resolved, I asked them to start the compensation process for the clothes that appeared to have been lost. I was then asked to be patient while they investigated.

On Friday, 18 September, I was told that they had finally located my clothes and that the issue would be resolved the following day. I was expecting them to be delivered on Monday, 21 September. However, once again, the delivery did not happen and has now been postponed yet again.

This was particularly upsetting because among the items was a dress I had received as a birthday present, which I was planning to wear for the first time in the near future. Having my clothes effectively disappear for two weeks, only to be told they had been found after requesting compensation and then still not receive them, has been extremely frustrating.

The problem is not simply the delay, but the repeated postponements, lack of clear communication and the fact that I have had to keep chasing them for answers. At this point, I simply want my clothes returned safely.

A very disappointing experience and certainly not the level of service I expected.

Laundryheap collects and delivers in the shortest period ever at very flexible times that you choose. Takes away the hassle especially if you need your item fast. Perfect result and my garment was delicate and heavily stained. I recommend their services. The whole experience was superb.

Great Service

As a perk from my Revolut Metal account, I got €10 Laudryheap credit to try the service. I created my account and I went through the ordering process to find out there is a minimum charge of €20. My main concern, this "trick" is not mentioned on their website, but only when you arrive at the checkout and pay. I completely understand in order to run the service with a profit for this company and their laundry partners they may have to charge from €20 but this should be disclosed on the website, for example on the "how it works?" page and not after you create the account and go to payment section. I think is misleading practice.

Constant issues with pick up times, raised this with Laundryheap multiple times and nothing has changed.
In the app you can pick between 2/ 3hr pick up/ delivery slots but so many times Laundryheap decided to come 1-3 hours ahead of the booked slot.

It has caused so much stress because I planned to be home during the delivery slot not HOURS before said slot. The drivers kept showing up early and they said there's nothing they can do, it's the route they have been assigned.

Then the final straw came today, when the latest order's pick up was once again, earlier than the booked slot, I had to rush home to let the driver in, who was already waiting 20 minutes outside, even though by the time the order was picked up, the booked slot hadn't even started! Then Laundryheap wanted to charge me for an extra item that I didn't even send in.

I have raised numerous complaints about the same issue over and over and nothing has been done.

Easy to schedule on line. Regular updates on progress. Picked up and returned to concierge at hotel. Concierge had delivered to our room. Exactly what we needed

Quick and efficient service. Everything went smoothly and exactly as expected, and the quality of the cleaning was excellent. I’m really happy with the results and will definitely use this service again.

Exceptional less expensive options vs in hotel laundry

The speed, cordiality and good service.

Pickup scheduled 12-3. Messages multiple times after 3. At 5 pm it finally said driver 1 minute away. Waited another 45 minutes in the lobby before they arrived. Order suppose to be complete by next day. Here it is 2 days later we’re leaving in the morning and have no idea what’s going on with our clothes. Customer support is non existent. DO NOT USE. Save your self the heartache. They will not respond. Will not help. Don’t provide the service they claim to. Everything on there app and website are both total lies. Please do not use them. You will have a miserable experience and be out of a weeks worth of clothes. There only getting one star because 0 isn’t an option.

I recently sent two blankets to Laundryheap for cleaning, and I am extremely pleased with the results. Both blankets were returned beautifully clean, fresh-smelling, brighter and even softer than before. They were handled with great care, and the collection and delivery service was very convenient and reliable. The results exceeded my expectations, and I would happily recommend Laundryheap

10/10 service, really easy, there were also a few stains on and they got them out wonderfully (dry clean service). Would reccomend!

Very convenient. Pick up and drop off via hotel concierge went smoothly, no problems, without interrupting our vacation. Price is much better than hotel laundry. This is our 2nd time using Laundryheap (across two countries). Each time went smoothly. This second time the quality of cleaning had some issues (a few black streaks on three items of clothing (maybe grease?) and some white residue (maybe soap?) on a few items).
