NULLISSIME
Service 24H, c'est un mensonge absolu! ils spnt venus chercher ma commande vendredi dans la matinée. Retour prévu lundi dans la matinée. 2 jours de suite (lundi et mardi) je recois un message comme quoi le retour est repoussé au lendemain, sans explication, sans telephone de contact, RIEN. J'échange des emails avec eux. On me dit qu'ils ne trouvent pas certains élements de ma commande!!!Je change l'adresse de livraison, on me dit que la nouvelle addresse est prise en compte. On me livre à l'adresse anterieure!!! et j'attends toujours la partie de ma commande qui manque!!!! Un bordel, une incompétence sans nom. Evitez à tout prix

Zij leverde de verkeerde waszak bij ons af. Toen ondernamen zij alles om die verkeerde waszak bij ons op te halen…. Nadat ik ze daarbij heb geholpen vanaf mijn vakantie adres hadden ze niet bedacht om dan ook mijn was aan mij te leveren.
Daar moest ik vervolgens zelf boos over worden.

Echt weer zo een tech focussed bedrijf dat juist service moet leveren.

Nowhere near good enough
I have used LH 3 times
1st time OK
2nd time a day late
3rd time 3 days late so I had to spend £300 on clothes for a big evening not to mention having no fresh pants T shirts or socks for 3 days. Nowhere near good enough. I don't care what the small print says. I'm going elsewhere.
