Where do I start
Where do I start. It works okay until someone loses your things - 4 good quality shirts in my case valued at around £75 - £100 each. They will connect you with a customer support team in india. They will be utterly useless in providing any help on locating your items. You will receive conflicting information and no refund. They located my items and asked me to tell them when I was available today to have them delivered to me. Then they disappeared and I still don’t have my items. They have not issued a refund, they have not given me my items back, there is no customer support line that you can pick up the phone to and talk to someone, there is no way you can submit a claim for your missing things or get them to give you any money back. If there is, the app is deliberately vague and difficult about these things. I will be reporting them to the markets and standards authority for unfair practices.

Laundry service for frequent travelers
I was a bit worried about having our wash done while in Amsterdam due to our short stay before heading out to next destination.
However, I was comforted by the frequent communication with constant updates as to where it was and when to expect it delivered back to the hotel.
I would highly recommend this company for travelers needing quick turnaround of laundry at a very reasonable price.

I couldn’t have asked for an easier process. I was staying in a hotel and wanted to get laundry clean before traveling to another country for the remainder of our trip. Setting up the pickup and delivery was very easy. I left the bag with the front desk. The laundry was picked up and returned on time, clean folded and fresh.
