LaundryHeap: great service!
Very pleased! I have ME and just can't manage my laundry anymore.
LaundryHeap picks up at a regular agreed day / time. They wash, dry, and fold it, then return it the next day.
Not as expensive as the other laundry-delivery services I checked. The standard load is 6 kg - and I can get a lot of clothes done in 6kg!
Highly recommend.

Très mauvaise expérience
J’ai attendu 2 heures pendant le créneau de retrait, en m’organisant pour être disponible et prêt à remettre mon linge au livreur. Celui-ci a finalement annulé au dernier moment, sans même me prévenir.
Résultat : j’ai perdu mon temps et je me retrouve toujours avec mon linge sale, sans solution. Pour un service de collecte à domicile, le respect du créneau et la communication en cas de problème sont pourtant essentiels.
Très déçu par cette première expérience.

Had an order booked and the driver…
Had an order booked and the driver cancelled my order. I eventually found a contact and sent a complaint. To be fair laundry heap replied in 2 hours to say the driver couldn’t find the address and went down a bus lane. Utterly useless and my building is big and difficult to miss and a previous driver found it with no problem. Laundry heap charged me a no show fee even though it was the drivers fault. Avoid this useless company like the plague

2) Laundryheap of offered me an INSULTING £20 refund representing 50% of the cleaning fees, after losing my cleaning
Avoid these people like the plague. What a mess.

Please do not use the laundry service!
Please do not use the laundry service. Send 6 jackets and 1 piece of white jacke came back in beige colour and badly creased and material is totally damaged. Another piece in salmon pink, came back creased on the bottom. Worse dry clean I have ever had in my life! The white jacket is completely ruined and it is my favorite. Can no longer get a same piece in the same size anymore!

Laundryheap lost my bag of clothes! Horrible experience!
Laundryheap lost my bag of clothes, took 2 weeks of back and forth to find it, i had to constantly chase them for my missing bag - they finally said they had lost it and that i needed to provide a receipt of everything in that bag only then will they give me a compensation (maybe!!).. if i have no receipts of everything in that bag, they cannot guarantee refund. I WISH I WOULDVE JUST WASHED THE CLOTHES MYSELF THAN DEALING WITH THIS INCOMPETENT LAUNDRY SERVICE! Will not recommend using them to anyone!!!!! Horrible service

Happy with the cleanliness and the repacking of my laundry.
Perhaps a little more costly than anticipated, as there was a upcharge on my bag for apparent overweight from the anticipated 6 Kg. That swallowed up the discount given!
I think the washing could smell a little fresher, too.
Timing and driver courtesy all good, as before.
