Horrible service and hidden fees
I've waited over a week to post my feedback so it wasn't clouded with my recent experience. It hasn't helped. I will never use this company again and would not recommend this to anyone. In fact have already told several people to never use them.
I was on a 15 day work trip and the hotel did not have laundry facilities, so i was recommended to use Laundryheap. The pickup was the only good thing. The bag delivered back to me was not my laundry. The only way to contact them is via the APP (I shouldn't be forced to download an app to use your service) and it took almost 24 hours for a response. The response showed no urgency to the issue and still had no way to contact them other then view messaging in the app. finally they said they'd schedule a pickup of the wrong items, but did not say when my clothes would be returned. They picked up my items on Sunday (after saying they didn't work on Sundays, but still picked them up on a Sunday). I got a message the next day saying they would deliver my items on Tuesday. Later on Monday i get a notice saying the driver will be to the hotel in 10 minutes. I tracked him and when it showed him being at the hotel it changed to saying they couldn't deliver the items. When I got back to the hotel my items were there.
In addition to the horrible service, there are hidden fees that raised my £19 order to £26.
They did refund my purchase and gave me a £10 credit. Will never use the credit.

Top Tier Dry Cleaning
A brilliant experience all round, honestly I had 7 shirts that needed ironing for my holiday. The pick up, the job being done and the drop off were smooth as could be. The price was also brilliant considering it was collected and delivered back to me. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and give it A++

Overcharged
We used Laundry Heap as we were only in Amsterdam a few days and our hotel did not have a laundry room. We packed a bag with our clothes and weighed it before sending off to ensure it was under the 6kg minimum charge. The next day we received an invoice that they had charged us for 9kg. Luckily we had our suitcase scales to use to confirm it was in fact under 6kg. They did refund the difference when I showed them the proof but they still tried to take advantage of us. Such a shame too as the process was great, the app easy to use and the clothes did come back folded and clean. Wouldn't risk it again though, not worth the hassle to get a refund.

Beware: destroyed my clothes and won’t give proper compensation
I booked dry cleaning for ~18 designer wool, silk and cashmere items, but they wash-and-dried them instead, destroying and shrinking all my beloved clothes. To add insult to injury, they had the nerve to offer a measly €1000 in compensation when the total value was 5x that. They also repeatedly return laundry with gross lint and hair balls stuck to my clothes. Too bad because it’s a convenient service, but Laundryheap has been a nightmare.

J'ai passé deux commandes distinctes auprès de Laundryheap : l'une pour du nettoyage à sec, l'autre pour du lavage et séchage. Il s'agissait d'une grande quantité de vêtements, une bonne partie de ma garde-robe, représentant plusieurs milliers d'euros au total.
À la réception, j'ai découvert que plusieurs pièces destinées au nettoyage à sec — cachemire, laine et soie, dont certaines pièces de créateurs — avaient été envoyées par erreur dans le cycle de lavage et séchage de l'autre commande. Résultat : rétrécissement important et fibres abîmées sur plusieurs vêtements, dont certains ne sont pas remplaçables.
J'ai contacté le service client dès réception immédiatement, le 23 septembre, et fourni photos et détails des articles concernés. Je suis actuellement en attente d'une réponse concernant une compensation. Je mettrai à jour cet avis selon la façon dont ce dossier sera traité.

The cleaning, folding and ironing are always of a high standard. The only niggle in that they give a window for delivery which is often missed. But otherwise great service!

Loads of room for a good service
Collection and delivery were perfect, not so with what I received back. Every items of the washed clothes were so unbelievably creased up and badly folded, like a small child folding them or someone not happy with what they are doing.

Very disappointing experience.
Very disappointing experience and a complete lack of accountability.
I used Laundryheap through my hotel and unfortunately had a very poor experience. My black clothing was returned noticeably washed out, and six pairs of socks were missing from my laundry.
What made the situation particularly disappointing was the response from customer service. They acknowledged that they were aware they could not complete the laundry as expected, yet proceeded with it anyway. When I raised my concerns, rather than taking ownership of what had happened, I was referred to the terms and conditions and essentially told that Laundryheap was not responsible for any loss or damage.
Mistakes can happen, but how a company responds when something goes wrong says a lot about its service. My biggest disappointment was not simply the damaged and missing items, but the lack of ownership, accountability and genuine effort to resolve the situation.
I certainly will not be using Laundryheap again and, based on my experience, I would not recommend the service.

Incredibly efficient service
