We truly appreciate your trust and look forward to continuing to deliver care and convenience.

Do not trust they don’t follow instructions poor compensation
I would be very sceptical about giving this business expensive items. They do not follow the requested service I.e requested separate washes but they washed together causing discolouration of lingerie. They will not compensate appropriately. Definitely do not trust the service or the customer experience.

Great service. Washing machine broke on Saturday, clothes were picked up on Sunday and dropped back on Monday. Really lovely drivers and clothes were clean, folded and ready to be put away. Will use again 100%.

Terrible experience X 2
I have used laundry heap twice in Dublin. The first time a new shirt was damaged so as not to be wearable. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried them again; on the second occasion the driver arrived without my suit which he forgot!

Their customer service is horrible!
Their customer service is horrible!! They have lost my stuff on two separate occasions, and trying to get their customer service people to help you is like pulling teeth. They were so unhelpful and not very nice, and they lacked basic morals. I would recommend NEVER using this company.

Useful service
They had initially some scheduling issues with the delivery hours (arriving earlier than the requested time slot), but they’re improving. The 1 day cleaning is a level up. Quality of the cleaning is in the average. Cost same.
