Offer to exchange is genuine.
I ordered a mattress which turned out to be too firm. One phone call with an email to confirm, resulted in an exchange for an alternative we are very happy with.
The initial delivery was a bit slower than the website suggests. We waited nearly a month. For both deliveries the service was punctual, efficient and polite.
I would definitely recommend Latexsense.

Great product and customer service
We bought a latex topper to try but decided that, even though the topper was very comfortable, we would be better off replacing the mattress. Latex Sense excepted the topper back under the 30 day trial without any problems and refunded my money very quickly.

I had previously purchased mattresses from Surrey Beds
I had previously purchased beds and mattresses from Surrey Beds who were very good.
Unfortunately, they have shut down and I wanted a latex mattress I did try contacting Mammoth who do make a hybrid mattress but they ignored my emails and did not answer the phone so I decided to remove them as an option and tried latex Sence.
I was quite particular in my requirements.
I found Latex Sence to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products.
They are very honest and trustworthy and provide an excellent product with the highest level of service which is almost impossible to find these days and I would highly recommend them.

I love my latex neck support Pillow
This is the third latex neck support pillow I have owned, they last well but do need changing every few years. the curved shape provides great support to my neck (I have disc wear in my neck). Latex pillows are much softer than memory foam, but provide great support. I'm primarily a side sleeper but when my neck pain is severe I sleep on my back. These pillows are great for either sleeping position.

Excellent service and soooo comfy!!
Having back and hip problems and having grown up with continental latex mattresses, we went to showroom in North London and tried out the various mattresses on offer. Husband insisted on medium, I preferred soft, but settled on medium. However about 3 months in (some time spent abroad) I still was not comfortable. I rang them and they immediately said they would exchange for a softer version and did so with no problems or cost implications. From the first night after the change I slept through the night. We are both very happy with the latex mattresses, as unlike memory foam, not to hot in Summer and snug in Winter. Can highly recommend. Excellent aftersale customer service!

The pillow is smaller than other latex…
The pillow is smaller than other latex pillows ive had previously. Although it is good, it's over £50 that I wouldn't have spent. Probably my fault, but assumed it would be the same as all the other pillows ever bought and fit nicely into our standard pillowcases.
