Josh was fantastic explaining the bikes workings. He took pride it was Irish company and bike built by them.
He was very helpful even sent little video clip on how to change my password to me, after I'd forgotten how to!

I'd recommend Kuma bikes to friends based on Josh's talk of the bike even though he said he's not a salesman! In my book a good old fashioned one - knows his product.
