sorry didn't like it at all it was too heavy difficult to get on and not suitable for me.

I received a defective item, submitted a request to fix the problem but they keep sending the same email again and again saying they forwarded the issue to the shipping department so they can send a replacement, it’s been months and so many emails with same answer but no one from the company contacted me to fix the problem. They are more like scammers than running a legit business. Would not recommend anyone to do business with them.

I haven’t gotten what I bought from your company for the last 2 months and you are waiting for a good review????

Ordered the brace almost a year ago. Not delivered and returned to the factory . Supposedly. Despite many emails and a new address for delivery the brace has never arrived and neither has the promised refund. Do not order from them

I am totally against any type of weed or herb, but when I put the patches on my sore knees and covered it with copper braces I left the gym with no soreness. I use them on bad days when the knees feel weak and they actually work for me.

Before purchasing and wearing the brace I could not lift a quart of milk and was unable to move my arm backward s without considerable pain. I wore the brace for about 9 months every minute of the day except while showering and I have complete movement of my shoulder and no longer have pain. This brace helped me 100% and I highly recommend it!

Wasn’t happy with this product. Does not fit snug enough to create proper compression. Once you open it, you can’t return it. Recommend another brand.

Great for that overnight shoulder pain, and colder winter days. I like it a lot. Might need a second for my other arm!

The brace has really helped my husband's shoulder pain. I highly recommend this product.

Only had mine for few days. Really seems to help me to not move my arm up too quickly and cause pain. Should have ordered the hot/cold pack as the ones I haVe are too big. Item came quickly so no issues with that. I can’t seem to find where to order just the hot/cold pack is the only issue I have. Works well for me but that’s the risk you take in ordering on the internet and instagram.

When I contacted the company that the braces did not fit correctly. And they weren't going to work for me
They sent me an address to send the braces back to in canada. I sent them back to them. And it cost me $26. And a couple of weeks later, I got the braces back stating there was no such address. Total waste of money

Product provided positive results just as advertised.

The brace was coming unsewn and does not fit a woman's properly. You will never get a 30 day refund as KinetixGear delay and delay answering your emails. They finally give you a return address that does not exist.. Then they secretly charge you for a subscription. Scam, scam and scam

I had a horrible experience with this company. When the shoulder strap did not fit. They told me I could return it to NFLD, Labrador so I decided to send it (of course) at my expense $22. When they received it they returned it to me because they wouldn’t accept it. Jessica was the person taking care of me and after that I tried to contact her and she ghosted me. I’m not surprised if you treat all your customers like this….

It's a scam. They keep monthly charging for a subscription I did not make, don't answer email, don't refund.

Came with a subscription that I was unaware of. I should have read more carefully, but I also expect better communication.

quick easy transaction and product is great

I purchased 2 braces as the reviews seemed great
On arrival I opened 1 and got my husband to help me get a good fit.
After an hour it was creeping up and rubbing my neck so we left it for the day. Next day tried again if you don’t move it feels ok but that’s not living!
After 3 weeks of trying it every day it’s clear it’s not suitable for me.
All the while I was asked for feedback: everyone asks but you can’t give feedback until you actively try a product !
I contacted customer service for advice and they do sympathy real well but no practical help was offered. I then asked again how to get a refund and then it wasn’t so good I obviously hadn’t read the full T&C’s!
A 30 day refund is clear all over the website. I found you have to return the product to California at your own expense and that’s fair tho the company is based in Canada so that did throw me a little and it has to be returned in all original packaging- who keeps packaging when they are committed to using something? I bought 2 thinking 1 on 1 being washed, but returning 1 is not returning what I what I ordered ( I haven’t the original bag for the one I tried)but Ive not had feedback if they will accept the 1 unopened and perfect brace as that doesn’t constitute my original order.
Then the company determine if the returned product meets their specifications and then decide how much you might or might not be entitled to and how and when said refund will be processed and when payment made to you
Doesn’t feel such a friendly company now and I’m not getting the same chatty upbeat response and that is disappointing
Overall these shoulder braces don’t work for me. I followed the instructions took their advice tried persistently but I’m in pain so additional pain from using a product makes no sense to continue with it
Had I done more research including their refund/exchange process I might not have bought 2 and halved my investment
Expensive lesson learnt
I’m glad some folk have had relief and that this product works for them
It doesn’t for me!
