My bank account had a fraudulent transaction from Kinetix

On the first day I wore it it helped relieve the pain in my shoulder

I brought this shoulder strap for my son to try as he has a bad shoulder when he does heavy lifting and also he is a cricket bowler and this year he hasn’t tempted to bowl as shoulder too painful. He has tried this item but doesn’t seem to fit properly and also doesn’t seem to help at all. Will give it another go

I love my brace my pain is a lot less it’s more tolerant now and I have only been using it a few days I would recommend this to anyone that has shoulder arm pain

This company hit me for two charges.
One was when purchased on April 30, 2026 and it was $40.30. The second charge was two weeks later on May 14, 2026 for $39.00. I tried to call the customer service line but nothing. I have sent numerous emails asking to refund me at least the second charge and to take my card off file. Nothing!! So I ended up just getting a new card and I guess I’ll be out of my $39.00 bucks. The company keeps asking me for a raving review but not $79.30 for a brace that should’ve cost $29.00 bucks. So, unless you LIKE paying DOUBLE and not getting anywhere with this company, it’s the perfect shop for you! If not, buyer beware!!

I have tried various shoulder braces for both my shoulders and found the Kinetix Gear brace to be the most beneficial. It’s very comfortable even when sleeping with it on. I also wear it when I’m doing yard work, shoveling snow, and other tasks where I’m stressing my shoulder and need the support. I have two braces and will sometimes wear both when both shoulders are bothering me, highly recommend.

Not Free returns why ? You gotta pay to send it to Canada. There’s nothing cheap about Canada postage. When it was shipped to you from the States.

I ordered a shoulder brace for a torn rotator cuff. It really helped with pain and mobility of my shoulder. Product was well designed and manufactured. Great service and price.

I really have liked the brace and how it’s helped to mitigate the pain in my shoulder. While it’s still early to evaluate whether the pain fully subsides, I’d strongly recommend the Kinetix brace thus far.

We bought the shoulder brace for my wife...I think she had a frozen shoulder and this brace helped her immensely to get back to doing things she needed to do. We haven't used it now for a couple of months but it's sitting right there in the family room where we can see it so that if the pain comes back this will certainly get her back in motion!!

Brace really helped alleviate my shoulder pain during lifting especially doing shoulder workouts but I knew it was a temporary fix so it helped me for bout 6 months

Very poor service. 2 months and my item has not been delivered. I continue to get the same generic email saying it should arrive after 7 days and to check the tracking.
Would not recommend.

The brace is a well built product. It has helped my shoulder a lot from the pain. I can wear it all day under my tee shirt.

Goods communications from the company and sorted out misunderstanding quickly. Brace eased my shoulder pain , not as severe now.

Steal your money by ‘free subscription’ which was not, I didn’t know that they kept auto transfer from my credit card for so called tips they suggested in a never seen program. I found out after 2 months. And I have not accessed their so called program at all as there’s no link to the program and no login info / pw was sent to me. They refused to pay back the two month fee.
Product is useless with poor quality. You can find better products in Amazon / alibaba or even taobao. If you are not in the US, you are not able to return it and get your refund. Interesting that the product was shipped from China. It is heavily overpriced and scam. Don’t buy it.
