My front mats for my BMW are fantastic but when they were delivered tightly packed I was not impressed but once left to decrease they were ok & the fit was spot on & a family member is gonna order for his car soon. So I would recommend wipmats to anyone thinking about buying them.

bought for renault clio not a very good fit on both driver side and passenger side nothing like the web site the rear mat is just a complete joke does not fit rear seat is fixed had email from whip mats and it states push mat under the rear seat how can you push 5 inches of mat under the seat complete joke custom car mats made to measure no do not buy from whip mats just buy a good vac complete rubbish

The company have kept us informed of progress whilst the mats were being made, they were delivered on time as promised.
We are delighted by the quality of all mats and having video instructions has helped us lay them out properly in car.
We are delighted by the product and would recommend them to anyone looking at purchasing mats.

They are not as good as they would like you to think.
In fact, the ones that turned up for my car are absolutely awful. Customer service is awful as well.I have sent four emails , including photographs , and I am still waiting for them to sort it.
As far as I am concerned , this is a total scam.
The quality is extremely poor the mats are extremely thin, and they are vacuum packed into such a tight packet that the creases and crumples will never come out.
They also do not fit my car properly

As I am on my own age 66 it toke me 1 week to get the fitted correctly, safari page was down , went in this morning and I get into it , and have just went out and fixed them the way you say , hoping this sorts out them slipping and the long side panel from coming out.

Fast delivery and full tracking they look really smart and are a quality product

Poor quality mats which do not fit our Range Rover Vogue.
We provided correct vehicle details, but the creased up mats were for left hand drive car, as you would find in China.
Reported back to Whipmats without response.
Write off £99.
Do not use this company Whipmats.

Received wrong mats ordered Kia Sportage , got Land Rover mats , all mats cresses in them , very poor quality for £100.00 Have tried to get refund refused even though wrong mats sent See whipmats refund policy

Was offered a part refund of £27.21 and advised new mats been sent out . Was never advised or requested this .
When I finally accepted offer told i need to supply my bank account details , which i was unwilling to do , requested refund onto card .
After several e mail back refusing to send my bank details was informed today that no refund and new mats have been dispatched.
So will i get two new sub standard sets , who knows .
Also been bribed to give a 5 star review for seat covers.

Purchased from whipmats a month or so ago but only now getting to fit them and I have to say I'm extremely disappointed and unhappy.
These were definitely not custom fit for my car and I had to resort to a lot of cutting to get them to fit the front.The back are even worse and definitely not designed for the rear of my Audi A6.Lots of sticking down was needed to get them to look presentable.Will not be buying from Whipmats again..

Not a great fit.for my Alfa romeo mito,,maybe the model as alfa,s are picky, side clips not secure also the velcro super glue is tricky for me as the skirt on The mat did not reach the side wall so ended up with trying to firmly fix it to floor carpet,,have asked for more velcro straps but nothing so far.would not recommend for alfa for sure ,,made in china I think so unlikely their are many alfa out there,,update on any Alfa owners contemplating whipmats,,,the mito drivers side footrest r/h drive is not taken into account by whipmats, , therefore the opposite side has no chance of having a corresponding fit,,passenger side is fine,,so left with one sided whipmat , looks awkward to say the least,,p.s. had a condescending email from whipmats saying how sorry they were etc etc..any more news will update .
Another update from whipmats they UK branch have contacted the manufacturer (China) I think..waiting outcome ..I would suggest a replacement mat with a slight width adjustment to allow footrest to be fully covered.

And finally...just had email opening with .."Hi Carl"...which is not my name obviously I am not the only one having problems. Dealing with intermediary between China and someone in UK late for his/her lunch..

I was doubtful about getting fitted mats for my import so I emailed first to check and was reassured by their prompt response. I was kept informed each step of the way which was refreshing and when they arrived, carefully packaged, I was very happy. They fit perfectly and were easy to install. Very happy customer.

Poor fit. Supplied mats are for a LHD vehicle. My vehicle RHD. Rear mats too small. Shipped from Italy packaging crease the mats. Avoid at all costs.
Look cheap and inferior, free gifts also cheap and inferior.
Save your money.

Great service had a problem with a boot mat that didnt fit and was sent a replacement but the mats for the car were great and fitted perfectly would highly recommend this company
