I ordered a shoulder support device. Not very good or comfortable. Even though they have a Wyoming address they must not stock product there because it had to be shipped from China. My guess is the real location for the business is there. Also got charged for a monthly subscription fee that I NEVER requested. Disputing those charges, requesting a refund and had my credit card company block all future charges from Kinetix. Just another scam as far as I'm concerned.

Worst. Withdrawing money from my acc without permission. I made a single purchase and they took 2 more months of $39 from my account for no reason and to remove the subscription is a nightmare. Be careful

When I read about the shoulder strap and thought I've got nothing to lose as I was only step away from surgery the next time I hurt it and no more pain killers I wore the brace every day at work and took it of when going to bed I wore the brace for 8 weeks approximately and the results were fantastic for me,it took a bit of adjusting to get it right at work as I'm a truck driver so climbing up and down, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it

Easy to use and they work! I have had frozen shoulder diagnoses on both shoulders and I'm a side-sleeper.
I have been wearing both braces while I sleep at night and my shoulders are bothering me less.

Also, customer service promptly refunded the charge for a monthly subscription that I was unaware of, so good on them!

I would give no stars if able. Product is poorly made & if anything gave more pain due to the pressure. I contacted company via email & again by phone. Received no response from email & left voice message on phone. I then received a second charge to my debit card. Disputed with my bank which assured reimbursement to me. This company is crooked & should not be doing business Avoid any transactions

An order was placed and paid for. Shipment stated 5-7 days. I was still waiting 30 days later when delivery was shown made on May 4 to my post office box. Upon checking, there was no package and USPS informed me there was no transfer tracking number between Yun Express and USPS. I’ve contacted Kinetix Gear and gotten their standard statement. I’ll have to take a loss because I’m assuming I’ll never get a refund. It’s disappointing; and, I strongly suggest that everyone should check reviews on the products being sold online before buying them.

The product is terrible. Stiff material so doesn’t mould around your shoulder. Doesn’t allow you to pull them tight enough so no good for small shoulders. Very badly designed. Took ages to arrive, then they badger you to leave a review even before you have received the product. Then yes you can return it but costs £23. Nearly as much as the product costs.

The product was ok but not great. Buyer beware they charged me $58.00/ month as a subscription that I never agreed to. Not even sure there is anything to subscribe to as I never received any additional emails or benefits. This was a real sneaky scam !

I bought a shoulder support which is at best average and have now been charged 6 months in a row for it!

After my these clowns have charged my credit card 2more times for a total of $78.00. Don’t give them financial info , they are crooks

Yet another negative review and disappointment that I didn’t read them before purchasing!! Bought this product for my husband for his shoulder. The fit is not great but he actually found it helped. Where I am most angry is the deceptive marketing tool with a ‘pre ticked’ box subscribing me to a monthly shoulder plan that is more expensive than that product!! An absolute rort!!
BUYER BEWARE - READ THE FINE PRINT!!!!

Firstly I ordered my product more than two weeks ago and payment went off my credit card on the 21st of May. The product has not yet arrived and it seems that it is in transit.
Secondly Paypal has debited my credit card agian for the same product on the 1st of June

Like the brace that I bought and really appreciate the portal for dealing with shoulder pain.

I purchased a shoulder brace and it did nothing. Jessica emailed me the address to return it. I paid to return it and waited over a month. Then the package arrived unopened back at my door as return to sender. I sent Jessica a photo of the returned package. I have now been about 3 months of emails that are ignored, of a message saying she has referred it to the refund section (at least 10 times) and probably 2 dozen emails completely ignored. I would like your company to do the honest thing and honor your refund policy and refund my purchase. Since I already paid to return it, if you want the brace back you need to make arrangements. I should not be expected to pay a second time.

The shoulder support has been fantastic for my self employed partner. He's a tradesman and without this product, wouldn't be able to carryout his work. He cannot thankyou enough. Excellent aid for his shoulder problem.

Not happy at all with the company or their product. I bought 2 of them had trouble using them.\n They said I could return them for a refund which I did cost me $26. About a month later, it was returned to sender. Sometimes small companies shouldn't compete Using an excuse that you're a small company doesn't cut it

Got stung by hidden subscription cost but they did refund that.
Tried to return product as it was too big for me despite ad saying fits any size and you have to pay the postage to Canada!!
Don’t fall for the scam like i did

SCAM bought an item on 15th May approved payment received goods on 27th May then on 28th May they took money unauthorised from my account

Happy to take money for order, been trying for over 2 months now to get a refund. Can’t even get a reply to any of my 50 emails……… Jessica replied once & said she would refer me to the refunds team. That’s the last I’ve heard from anyone

Never received my shoulder braces. Every time I inquire I get the same computer generated reply from “Jessica”, if that is even a real person.

“ I just wanted to let you know that I have followed up with our warehouse regarding your order. I am currently waiting for their update and will let you know as soon as I receive more information.
I am very sorry for the delay and truly appreciate your patience. Please rest assured that I am keeping a close eye on this for you.

Terrible customer service. At this point I just want my money back. Hope I don’t have to contact the BBB and/or the attorney general to report a scam company.
