I returned the brace and have been waiting for a refund for nearly a month

Great product at realistic and affotdable prices. Perfect support for my shoulder. Allowed the joint to move all ways but supported and restricted over extending. Unsupported, my shoulder was painful to use and painful witj my arm just hanging there. This support alleviated the pain and i am certain it contributed to a more rapid recovery. Recommended.

I bought the shoulder brace hoping for some relief even being a bit sceptical

After using for a week or two it 100% helped and is better than others I have tried 👍👍

These sneaky sods add a monthly book in at nzd65 a month after purchase. Don't see it till after you buy it and hidden in the fine print. I wouldn't buy again from them, just another company wanting to create a passive income stream with no value

Did do anything and I only wanted one but somehow I got to which I tried to get information on returning it but got nowhere

I felt that I was sneakily taken advantage of initially by being charged for a piece of paper on my second apparatus for $55 when I already had one, yes I understand small print so kudos to you ripping people off. Then the product, it simply doesn't help and is extremely uncomfortable to wear. I should have know n better than to trust purchasing from social media posts but won't fall for it again and have spread the work.

This is well made easy to use my shoulder pain is less now that I have been using it thank you so much

Product never arrived. Company has gone into hiding. No response. Took my money.

I called to return an item and they said I have to send to a Canada address
It was returned to me.
Then your company took money out of my account without my permission.
I had to change my account number
So I could not get a refund
Because can’t trust anyone

I ordered a shoulder brace and received it quickly. It came with a subsription if I wanted it. I didn't want it so they canceled it for me no problem. The brace works great to support the issue I have until it is fixed.

Works perfect when adjusted properly can move arm in all positions while working pain. Gone

I have a pending charge of 39.00 from your store. I paid 45.00 back in April . Shouldn't be charged again

I returned products only not to receive my refund. Wasted time and money plus paid $30 extra for shipping! I would not recommend!!! This was my last email from some lady that made it seem like they would help me and give me my money back

Also the address she gave me was incorrect and the product got shipped back to me which makes no damn sense!! I do not like this company and would obviously never buy from them again!!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would!!

The item is shipped directly from China. It took so long that it seemed like a scam. When finally arrived, the brace is not one size fits. I'm 5'-6" and 160 lb female and could not adjust far enough to fit me. For info, the buyer pays shipping for the return.... to Canada. Postage was $20. Item was returned a few weeks ago, confirmed receipt and, so far, no money returned to my account.

I would not have bothered with this item knowing it was being shipped from China through a company in Canada...or wherever they are actually from.

The brace did not fit or support, not happy with the design of the adjustment being under the arm where aggravation is far more prominent, as this should be on the outside, and when I asked about the refund that they advertise as guaranteed..... a lie and joke as it has to be in original packaging for refund not used... so straight out lies in the advertising, buy a different product like I did with good result elsewhere

Could never get the brace to work. Instructions were no good. Do not buy!! Useless!

Brace did not fit, attempted to return multiple times, incomplete address provided. Asked for full address from jessica the robot, - won’t provided a number to speak to someone I’m left with a brace that won’t fit, and they have my money plus all the money I spent with Canada post to try and return it, BIYER BEWARE

I received a new charge on my card this month - although I asked for an explanation three times, I have not received a response. Why am I being charged 33.13 euro when I have already purchased two shoulder braces? No satisfactory response forthcoming.

Very impressed with this shoulder support, easy to put on and adjust. Has help ease my rotator cuff pain. With the added heat / cold pack this has help considerably.
Would highly recommend this support.
