Absolute shocking company, i placed an order with these at the start of December and still not heard anything from them, they don't respond to emails and don't answer the phone, wish I'd not placed an order with these cowboys.
They have no intention of send the items and they have now taken the website down.
They just taken people money and ran!!!

Please please don't order from these crooks. They will take your money then ghost you. Same as everyone else on here, I am now £40 worse off and have nothing to show for it. My credit card company will not refund me as it is less than £100, and Just Miniatures are impossible to contact.

Exactly the same as all of the negative reviews. I placed an order on 29th November and have heard nothing since. No response from my messages and emails. So cross that they are treating their customers in this way.

The same as every other poor review on here. Placed my order on 26 November and still had no communication despite emailing and WhatsApp messages.
I had the same problem last year and ended up with a refund but thought I'd give them another go. Wish I'd not bothered.
Please avoid this company. The fact they never respond to their customers should be warning enough to stay clear...shocking customer service

Sadly I join the queue of very unsatisfactory service. I ordered on 6th December & no further updates, however they have managed to send 2 emails, probably auto generated, about getting 10% off orders. Just fulfill the existing ones.

Same experience as everyone else. No order has arrived and no response to emails / whatsapp.

I can appreciate that it's a busy time of year but I can see that 6 days ago they had the time to leave 3 glaringly obvious fake five star reviews between the sea of negative ones.

Placed an order 9.12.21 confident that it will arrive in time, they quote 3-5 working days. They still haven't dispatched it yet however the order is showing as fulfilled! Tried calling,no answer, emailing, webchat, social media but no response. I will be looking to ask my bank to process a Chargeback for non-fulfillment of goods. Really poor service and yet, they're stilll advertising for xmas delivery!

Ordered on Sunday, 10 miniatures. 4 were refunded. Order has arrived and I have a substituted item - really disappointing as I specifically ordered these items for a gift. Won't use again or recommend.

Take the advice of all the negative reviews, this company appears to have ripped off hundreds of customers. I ordered approx £60 of miniatures from them on Nov 18 2021 and the money was removed from my account the next day, to date 15/12/21, I have heard absolutely nothing despite mailing and calling on numerous occasions. They are still advertising discount for Christmas orders, Please look elsewhere to buy your miniatures.

Assume this company is now out of business - do not order as you will be disapointed

I have to give one star to make this review. Appalling service order taken and paid for 3rd.Dec. No despatch communication nor replies to two e mails, don’t know your carrier or tracking details. How on earth can I communicate with you!! Will be visiting offices shortly . I can see from the recent reviews that I am not alone in my frustrations, I have been in logistics for many many years and know when things go wrong so feel sorry for you but your only salvation is communication you must be in comms with your customers with bad or good news. You are still advertising heavy discounts for pre Christmas orders, this feels like a business failing and trying to secure cash by any means. In the New year we will be after the Company and hold the directors responsible full refunds will be expected

Talk to your customers and stop trying to sell to new ones when you can’t fulfil old ones, there is probably a law converting this.

Please do not buy from them they’ve taken my money and not sent me my order, I’ve emailed them every day for the last few weeks, been totally ignored. Please do not buy from them.

Terrible, have owed me a £500 refund for over a month, as the courier delivered to the wrong address and as we needed the stock we repurchased with the promise of a return. I have been chasing and chasing my contact, being told the "directors" are looking into it. They do not answer the phone and the customer service number just rings and rings. It is such a shame as I have been a loyal customer for 2 years.

Echoing a lot of what is being said on here. Ordered on 25/11 and not a dickie bird since. Sadly paid on my debit card rather than credit card, so bye bye to the cash. Automated responses are no good to anybody. Haven't tried the 'phone yet, but it would seem to be pointless from what I can see from other reviews.

Same problem as a lot of people. Website says delivery within 5 days. I’ve now waited over 3 weeks and cannot get in contact with them. Will be contacting PayPal for refund,

Placed an order on the 6 December, over a week later nothing, no response to emails, calls and Whatsapp, will be contacting my Bank to get my money back as this is fraud, you have stolen from me

I put an order in two weeks ago, money was taken, confirmation email was received.
However items have still not been received, despite a 3-5 day turnaround confirmation, the tracking has not been updated and the status continues to say “order received”

There is no evidence that the items have been distributed to a delivery service.
What’s worse is that I cannot get hold of anyone in the company, they have not replied to any emails, web chats or social media contact.

Clearly a scam.

A good product let down by very bad customer service.
My initial order stated 3-4 days delivery. This was quickly changed to 'working days' then extended further to 7 days. After 3 weeks of trying to contact them via phone and email I finally got a response via social media. This was to say that the order was 'due to be despatched'.
The problem was then made worse by using a courier who totally failed.
The supposed customer service was appaling ignoring all messages and calls. Their only response was to deny all of the problems and blame others.
All companies experience problems at times; it is how they are dealt with that matters. On this occasion the product was good but the lack of customer service and total unreliability means I would not use them again.

Took payment received nothing.
No response to emails or calls.
They are thieves.
