I really want you guys to do better! During lockdown there was no communication from you - I phoned, I emailed, but no answer.... I decided to try to order again recently. Despite the website declaring that you gave same day processing the order took nearly 2 weeks to arrive and I had to chase twice (spoke to a lovely lady, but she was new and 'didn't have access to the business section of the system yet'.) So many products out of stock! If there is a reason for this then please communicate and give us a clue! But you have a fantastic business that I really want to use and will add a great deal of added value to my business, but I feel that you are letting us all down by really dropping the ball on your poor product availability and your poor customer service. I want you to be a better business so you can help me be a better business!

So I ordered on the 7th of December as Christmas presents and I kinda thought stuff is shipped our in 2-3 days and should arrived like after 4 days and it never did arrive so I read reviews realised there was a massive problem emailed them got a email back sayinf contact us on whatsapp and I did and basically explained that I was confused by my order not beinf fulfilled and that if there was a problem eith my order I'd like a refund or I'd have to bring it up with my bank and they replied back this morning asking for mt order number and got a reply almost 10 minutes later saying its been fulfilled and dispatched today and should have an arrival date of Friday

Moral is - whatsapp them please if not contact them again get proof you've tried all bases and get it back from your bank

Previously no problem with this company, except they use Yodel who aren't great (no customer updates of delivery provided). However, I am now 11 working days awaiting an order. Have sent 3 e-mails. No response. Have tried ringing. No response. It just rings out, and then cuts off. They have got my money. My money, not theirs, because they haven't provided anything. Beware all future customers !

Wish I'd have paid more attention to the reviews here before I ordered. Ordered 3 weeks ago and no products and no responses to any communication. Please don't order from them.

Having placed an order on the 26th November (well in advance for an event on the 20th Dec).. 11 working days later I am yet to receive the order. Payment has been taken and, as it seems is the case with everyone else on here, no communication with me what so ever. I called 9 times today which just rang out, 2 emails sent.. no response, I messaged on instagram and was met with the response ''JustMiniatures can't see this message'', I messaged on whatsapp and received nothing... what am I supposed to do as the customer in order to receive a refund?!
This company is a scam! Avoid!

Don’t order from them! Ordered on the 2nd December still not got my package! Really wish I had read the reviews on here before. Meant to be for a party on Friday but I am thinking it’s not going to come! So cross! Terrible company. Haven’t replied to emails or WhatsApp.

Placed order money taken immediately, then ghosted. No contact by emails, no answer on the telephones, no response to WhatsApp as suggested, not able to DM on their Instagram, telephone no on I stagram is not connected. Left completely in the loop, is this a scam business??

Placed an order, paid via Apple Pay, no confirmation of order, no delivery and they don't communicate via any channel at all. Just avoid and buy from your local off licence! £60 down the drain...

Awful experience. ‘3-5 day delivery’ - 17 days later still nothing. Have emailed twice, called, sent WhatsApp and regular texts to their number - no response. Very very disappointed as all products were Christmas gifts which now need to be replaced & I've had no offer of a refund.

Ordered on 25th November. Still no update on delivery. Money has been taken. No answer to emails, chat, Facebook messages. Very poor customer service and dishonest in way they are dealing with customers. Wish I had given them a wide berth!

I have just had my latest order delivered. I am delighted and very impressed with the Just Miniatures. I had to phone with a couple of queries and the woman I spoke to, I think she was called Sharon, could not have been more helpful. In fact she went above and beyond to ensure my order arrived on time. A huge thank you to her and all at Just Miniatures.

I purchased a few items for work, and then realised that I needed next day delivery, which I didn't put through on my order, so I phoned their customer service, the lovely lady on the phone said that she would phone through to the warehouse and get them to dispatch my item today, so that I could receive it next day delivery (without charge). I was sceptical that this would actually be delivered the next day!! and in good condition - very happy customer!

Never had this before but when I ordered I didn’t think about Christmas it’s close and will be madness with deliveries , and as soon I try to reach them to change it , very prompt answer from the customer service and I’m getting the product earlier and for that I’m very happy

Placed an order on 24 November as needed for a cake in December. My order still hasn’t arrived, repeated emails responded with auto email, can’t get through on telephone absolute disgusting customer service !

Ordered on 24th November. Nothing received - no response to phones or e-mail despite them taking my money on day of order. They are still pushing pre-christmas sales which is completely out of order if they can't fulfill existing orders.

Ordered on 20th November and it said 3-4 working days. The confirmation said it would be an extra 2-3 working days. Now at 14 working days and still waiting. Can't get through on email, phone or WhatsApp. Zero customer service. These people are just taking your money and not delivering anything. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered £250 worth of miniatures for my wedding later this month. A package arrived from J M but it contained 12 small glasses - not 120 miniatures. I have tried calling, emailing, WhatsApp'ing but not had any response. Given the reviews which have gone before me, this smacks of a company going bust. Avoid at all costs

There was quite a delay on getting the order through,but eventually it did arrive,with 2 items swapped to similar products, which was fine, But 1 item missing which cost £4.10p.
Last year I had 2 items out of stock on my order - but despite emails etc I never received the promised refund last year and despite a polite request,have not had this years missing item refunded either !!

OOPS!! Opened the box to empty items for Christmas and found missing bottle wrapped in Bubble wrap among all the other unwrapped bottles -so my order WAS complete!! Sorry!!

I ordered goods on 24th Nov, received nothing to date.....tried phoning, tried e mail, tried whats app no response to anything..... Next step is ombudsman I assume

Avoid! Absolutely appalling customer service.
