Ordered and paid in January, received only at the end of August after several delays. The product looks great but doesn't work properly. Customer support never replied, and the return page keeps giving errors and redirects to an email address that goes unanswered.
Very disappointing experience. Look elsewhere.

I have not confidence in this company. I backed and ordered a product in kickstarter in Jan 2026. Currently September 2026 and still no show. Disappointing to now see after helping fund the production run of that product and being left empty handed that people buying and receiving post launch devices ordered in late August 2026 through the companies Shop store. It's a good indication of the clicks priorities and attitude to customers. When a company shows you who they are, believe them the 1st time. Will not be buying or support or remaining subscribed to 'YouTube Slebs' who've reeled in and treated their backers so poorly.

They are amazing! Bringing me back to BB days!! But also, you can connect to several devices at the same time (not only your phone) and they serve as a power bank. Overall, multi purpose. Typing wise, it saves me time and makes it faster to type a long email.

Clear and quick answers to my questions made the experience great. Being in the crackberry forums for years, we need that phone to be right.

Shipment of order never arrived, tracking shows package arrived at distribution hub and has not moved in a month. Package was lost or stolen, no response from Clicks after multiple attempts so looks like Clicks has stolen money as well. Thanks. Shop elsewhere for your items.

I'm now over 6 months into the Clicks Keyboard with my Razor 25. I initially gave the keyboard a 5 rating after about a week, and since, it has been a fantastic addition to the Razor. The keys are great, intuitive and work extremely well. Prior to the Razor I had a Blackberry Key 2 for almost 8 years and I thought I'd never get that terrific typing experience again from a Smartphone.... until I rec'd the Clicks. It's fantastic.

Just because I am from a southeast asian country, i never received my purchase. I hope karma catches up with these scammers. In the Philippines US$101 is already rent for many families. I saved up for three months to buy one of their power keyboards because it is cheaper than buying a new phone, which I could not afford. Then they scam me for it. I dont think I will ever get what I paid for. I hope their CEO is exposed for the scammer that he is.

I received my Clicks Power Keyboard today and just wanted to send along some positive feedback. I’m really enjoying it! It functions exactly as I had hoped it would, and I’m very impressed with the design and overall experience so far.

It’s always nice when a new product lives up to expectations, and this one certainly has. I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how pleased I am with it.

Clicks seem to have forgotten one fairly basic principle: respect the customers who have already paid you before chasing the next sale.

Shipment problems happen. Manufacturing delays happen. What separates good companies from poor ones is how they communicate when things go wrong.

Instead, paying customers appear to be met with vague updates, staff with an attitude, and remarkably little ownership. Meanwhile, a YouTube influencer who was previously very vocal about his involvement and happy to hype the product now seems strangely reluctant to acknowledge what’s going on.

Most frustrating of all, the founder appears more interested in promoting the next product than publicly addressing the fulfilment problems affecting customers who have already handed over their money.

You don’t build a loyal community by being visible when there’s something to sell and disappearing when there’s a problem to solve.

Clicks doesn’t need more hype right now. It needs accountability, communication and a little more respect for its paying customers.

The hook is 1$ but immediately after they attempt to take more money from your account. You addition have to purchase subscriptions, packages or access AFTER paying the 1$. Highly misleading and unethical marketing practice.

I placed a pre-order on January 5, 2026, for the Clicks PowerKeyboard. The expected fulfillment was June/July.

While customers in other countries received their units, Clicks took payments from mainland Chinese buyers without having the mandatory China Compulsory Certification (CCC). Instead of proactively informing affected buyers, Clicks remained completely silent on their official blogs for over 7 months while holding customer funds interest-free.

When contacted, support simply stated they cannot ship due to CCC certification and unilaterally cancelled the order with a bare refund, offering zero compensation or genuine apology for keeping customers waiting in the dark for 7+ months.

Extremely unprofessional international compliance management and zero transparency with customers. If you are an international buyer, be aware of how they handle cross-border fulfillment barriers.

Excellent support, even from overseas

As a customer based in Japan, I was honestly a little worried about whether I'd be able to get proper support for my purchase. Those worries turned out to be completely unfounded.

When the "T" key on my Clicks Keyboard for iPhone 17 stopped working, the whole process — from my first message to receiving the replacement — was smooth and fast. The replacement arrived quickly and works perfectly.

English isn't my strong suit, but I was able to handle the entire exchange using computer translation without any trouble. The support team was clear, friendly, and responsive throughout.

Pre-ordered the Power Keyboard in February and it was delivered a couple of days ago. Using it to write this review actually. I LOVE IT. Yes it’s a little bulky but what do you expect? It wasn’t built into the phone. I have an iPhone 16 and this gives me insane nostalgia for all of the phones I had in the past. I had the Clicks keyboard case a couple of phones ago but the Power Keyboard is a game changer. The sound of the keys and the slide is sooo satisfying. I can’t wait to see future enhancements!

The team is doing a literally great job and all I do it wish them be strong and focused on the goal. Do what you do because of you are good at it

Preordered a Power Keyboard 8 months ago. Zero option to change address. I moved within that time period. Keyboard was shipped and only in label phase, was told to contact SpeedX and request return to sender. SpeedX did not process/honor request and 7-8 days later, delivered the package to an out of state address. AI driven customer service, curt reply from someone in "Tier 2" support who cannot answer basic questions. Likely copy paste.

BL: Told to cancel delivery and replacement would be honored. Did not happen. Seems like a rug pull.

While i am loving my power keyboard i can’t help but think how cool it would be to have a version that slid the other way. I tend to use the keyboard sliding my phone out of the way LG Wing style. If the keyboard was wider it would allow the buttons to be larger which i already feel like the current keyboard is a bit too small. Also if it was a case like the older models but still used the slide out feature i feel like that would be an absolute perfect product!!! Anyways thank you to whoever is reading this and thank you to clicks for bringing back physical keyboards!

I have only recently received my clicks power keyboard, but it is already cutting down on my big thumb mistakes.
As a recent small /mini stroke survivor here is a great use case. I was never as fast on the built in iPhone virtual keyboard as my daughter, nor nearly as accurate, but I could thumb with the best of us. After my Stroke it was not so good and even more error prone, especially in the center of the keyboard. That issue has now gone.
I am sure I will get better at it as muscle memory kicks in.
Now I have better typing accuracy, and a battery charger on a device that is pretty phone agnostic.
It does remind me of my Blackberry of years gone by.

I ordered the Clicks power keyboard early this year. Still haven't received anything. There is no communication!

Ordered power keyboard for 8 months now.
Not able to track my order, sent multiple requests to their support portal and no response at all.
