I would love to give a positive review, as I truly miss my old Blackberry and believed that the Clicks Power Keyboard is a great solution. But I made the pre-order in January 2026 and despite repeated follow ups, nothing!!

I really hope I will receive it maybe this year (one can hope), but it might very well be a scam.....

Buyer beware. Scam. After several months with emails demanding my product that i paid for i get A refund because i threatened legal action.

Clocks Tech is a joke. I still have not received my power keyboard that I ordered in January. There has not been an email or anything regarding where it is. Zero tracking as well. I just end up getting a bullshit answer about batch 1 or batch 2. But there has been nothing. Just the same old copy and paste response. Clicks Tech you are a garbage company. And i will be telling everyone this.

Paid upfront for the magsafe keyboard power bank. First a 5 month wait period for the product to actually be produced, then 1 month since its been in transit without any update from the shipper or the company. Customer service team has been unresponsive for almost a week now.

Total scam. Placed order in January 2026 and there’s no update at all, none. Michael Fisher is just a big scam

It's July 27. I ordered my Clicks Power Keyboard on January 23. I knew in advance it's a pre-order. I fully expected to receive it sometime in May or June as the website stated.

It's now July 27 and the current status shows that "The components for your pre-order have been allocated, and your Power Keyboard is now in production." That's been the status for several weeks now. That's concerning enough. What's more concerning is the email that I received from customer service on June 10: "Thanks for sharing your order number. For order XXXXX, which is for a Clicks Power Keyboard in Onyx, Batch 1 shipping has begun and will extend throughout June."

Clearly, late July is NOT June. And there's no meaningful status or communication. It's worth noting that the timelines on their website for this product are totally aspirational.

It's either a company that couldn't handle demand or is promising vaporware.

I've asked to cancel my order. On a positive, they are cancelling it and now I'm just waiting on the refund.

Wow! What a disappointment 😥

1. the magnet is weak even though I have no phone case on. my phone is a Samsung Galaxy S23 so pretty common. You can't just keep it attached all the time.
The marketing video where the guy takes out his phone, slips the keyboard out, uses it then slips it back? can't be done, in my experience.
Even when I open it first and then attach it, my phone spins to the left and right and the balance is such that it's tricky to use unless you have gorilla hands.
I have to put my phone down in order to use the keyboard... kinda defeats the purpose.

2. it's much heavier than I expected.
It's so heavy, when it arrived, I thought the case must be made out of metal or they included a bonus gift.

3. the keys are too small and/or too close together. I'm typing this review on my mobile's keyboard. Even though I struggle with that (which is why I pre-ordered the keyboard in the first place), the Clicks experience is worse.

I'm going to try to return it. Wish me luck.

I placed my order on 3rd February. It was intended as a birthday present for my husband. It still hasn’t arrived five months later. I’ve emailed them and, like other users, had chatbot replies. This is not a trustworthy company, and I regret giving them my money

Wir haben Anfang Januar zwei magnetische Tastaturen vorbestellt. Diese wurden jedoch auf dem Versandweg gestolen. Ich habe Clicks zwei E-Mails, eine Nachricht über das Kontaktformular und über Reddit kontaktiert. Clicks reagiert nicht darauf. Scheinbar noch ein Fakeunternehmen.

Christina from Clicks Customer Success was great to respond and to confirm that my product will be shipping soon.

Initially, the service representative did what I thought was a good job. As it turns out, it was a cookie-cutter response and erroneous.

Upon reaching out for an order I placed in January, that was expected to ship at end of May, but is now nebulous as of July 16, I think I have been very patient.

The thing is, the information has been inconsistent and I would have been happier had somebody just broken the mold and been honest with the status of the orders.

An order that I was told was in the first batch for fulfillment then changed to a message that I am up next on the production line. Then, as of today, my unit has been assembled and it's being shipped to the US for subsequent shipping to me here in the states. I mean, that doesn't sound like I was in the first wave.

I really wanted to support this company in a positive fashion but it's just not possible now. Also, it has truly turned me off of any kickstarter or advanced ordering type offer in the future.

Ive been using clicks cases since release including 1 of every color for the 16. I still use my 17 Pro case but since the Power Keyboard release I’ve been using that 100% of the time. The customer service has been amazing and VERY fast at responding.

The only concern I have had is the lack of concept up until this point. Luckily now there is a working prototype and on track for Q4 which is great! I was naive and bought in early without even proof of a prototype. I think more transparency and videos of the features from here on out will be really beneficial to potential customers.

Absolutely love the product however has broken in the space of 18 months, after speaking with customer service back & forth for a week I was promised a new case to then be told this is incorrect. If the case is this expensive & is going to break that easily then I will probably not be replacing this one.

Total scam, paid 6 months ago, no update, no followup, no reply to emails. €68,95 EUR for Clicks Power Keyboard. Don't buy anything here and report the seller the once who did so.

Unbelievably poor customer delivery process, long waits on orders, now over 3 months and still waiting, no clear communication of a tangible date, by the time the product arrives, it will be obsolete. I'm sure I am not the only one feeling the frustration.

As most unpaid reviews you see here, they have the most horrendous service. I pre-ordered in Jan and now it's basically July but there's absolutely no update and generic responses. The following is an actual quote from their latest reply :

"Unfortunately, we do not have any additional order-specific information.."

What kind of a company does not have specific status update or information on their products. This reeks of a typical scam.

Ordered in the "first batch" for the power keyboard. Not only have they been delaying without mentioning anything but I receive the same generic email every time. They conveniently change the expected shipping every time - it was supposed to be April but now it's end of June and still no update. Definitely going to be my last order.

I emailed after hours (7:30pm-ish Eastern) on a Saturday to resolve something with my reservation, and within 2 minutes I received a response resolving my issue. I was blown away. Christina took great care of me.

Obviously not received any products yet, but early impressions - deriving from their prompt and cheerful communications – are very positive.
