Astra Labs as always impeccable. Parcel force let the side down, taking four days to deliver when they had promised to deliver in 24 hours. But, hey, the goods arrived today so back on track. Astra are right up there 5*

I ordered an multipack item on the friday and was attempted delivery on the following day. At royal mails fault they couldn't deliver however when I did eventually open my package, I was pleasantly surprised to find an additional free item (worth over £30) added to my package. If anyone is starting or fulfilling their "research" products I would highly recommend this website and company. Products seem pure and sold a very reasonable price. Will definitely be visiting again.

Ordered Friday, delivered Saturday

Only a single star ( will defo change it once I know it gets sorted, only doing this to get your attention sorry) order says it has been delivered. Followed the instructions from Royal Mail. Waited a few days for delivery and nothing. Please could you action it from your side! So I can either get my money back or know where the order is? First order went well and can’t complain. Just my second big order is lost! Looking forward for your help!

Just updating here: will delete and change the review! Royal Mail mentioned it was as delivered on the 29th, which isn’t a bank holiday it is a Saturday. It still says it has been delivered so I think there has been some confusion. Will wait another day. But will surely reach back out to see if we can start a process with Royal Mail ( which you’ll have to from your side) to either find the product or make Royal Mail pay for it. Again nothing against the business, just used it to get your attention

First time ordering on anything like this, read all info and reviews so took the plunge, Iam so glad I did, ordered on Sunday had it by Tuesday also had a lovely little freebie which I’ve already used! Really easy to navigate the website, easy ordering and very well packaged. I’d highly recommend Astra. Not as cheap as others but for the speed of delivery it’s worth it, and the 15% discount made up for it, I’ve already placed another order, so will definitely be ordering more!

It arrived promptly however came damaged, it appeared this may of happened in transit, however the company promtly responded and are replacing the order.

Super speedy dispatch and free next day delivery

Ordering was very easy, the website is easy to navigate, delivery was great, ordered on the Thursday and it arrived on the Friday. Well packaged and great that it fits through the letter box. The product looks good, have only just started the first dose so can't comment on that just yet
