Ordered 6 Dec. Nothing received by 20 Dec. Checked my account details on their website and found my order status as "unfulfilled". Last week they weren't picking up the phone, today the phone doesn't even connect. Lots of people commenting on their Facebook page about orders made in Nov and Dec not received and being unable to contact the company. They are still advertising however.
Looked up details on Companies House and found the sole director is listed as Amareet Kaur Mattu, who is also director of Cloud9 Catering, address 40 High St, Rochester, MC1 1LD

Same experience as so many others. Ordered on 4th Dec, emailed twice last week with no response. Number on the website appears to have changed and seems the new number is a financial company. I tried the landline associated on PayPal but unobtainable. I've raised a dispute and now want a refund.

It appears they have been taking everyone's money for months and not delivering. They have now taken their website down. Disgusting, dishonest people!!!!

Avoid at all costs. They take your money and don’t deliver. Their website ye has now been taken down so will contact my bank for a refund as I paid via credit card.

Order placed 13/12. When I checked my bank account they fraudulently took a second payment too. I contacted on whatsapp and initially got an apology for the delay, when I highlighted they had taken a second payment, told me to contact my bank and have not had a response or the goods delivered 18/12 as promised. I now have to cancel my card right on Christmas to get this back - TOSSERS

Needs reporting and adverts taken down on Facebook , instergram defrauding customers shocking service non existent customer service and as professional as a circus of clowns

Ordered 23/11. Money was taken out of my account but still waiting for order, which is too late now as wanted to send them with a parcel as part of a Christmas present. I am so disappointed. No answer on phone, no reply to numerous emails, tried their chat on their website, no reply. I really don’t know where to go from here, all I can say is DON’T order from this company. It’s either a scam or the worst customer service I’ve ever received !!

My husband ordered over £40 worth on the 3rd December and still hasn't received his order. I've tried FB messenger, phoning them and attempted to email them which just bounced back. Awful company. The phone rings out. When I attempt to track the order on their website it tells me it's still being prepared. I then selected the option to chat to someone and no one comes on. I'm now trying to get the money back via PayPal 🤦🏻‍♀️ Avoid at all costs!!! I wish I'd seen these reviews beforehand.

Order placed 25th November, payment made... and nothing. No response to phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, Twitter or Facebook. Lots of advertising still on Facebook though - clearly they still need more money for nothing. As with all other reviews, please avoid this company!

Awful... like everyone else - ordered 5th Dec and nothing still on 18th!
Obviously a poor choice - you're better off in the supermarket!

IS THIS A SCAM?
I am usually so careful about checking reviews of companies before i order,but in my rush to get my Christmas shopping done I didn't this time.

I have had the same experience as other reviewers. I placed an order on 5th December and the money has been paid to them the next day. No sign of my order,but like others I gave them the benefit of the doubt due to the covid situation. Other companies I am dealing with who face difficulties due to the pandemic keep in touch and update me or offer refunds. The service from Just Minatures is appalling.

I have now been trying for the last couple of days to contact them by phone and via the webiste but no response. I have emailed them this morning and will nowtry posting on their Facebook and Twitter pages to see if I can get a response.

Ordered on the 5th December, everything apparently in stock. 17th December - nothing! I have emailed and used their messaging service, without any sort of reply. Quick enough to take the money, not so fast with any sort of customer service. Poor.

Order placed on 5/12, delivery stated 3-4 days, but with delays add another 2-3 days and 12 days later … nothing .. have emailed, WhatsApp, everything possible and you give me … NOTHING ! Quick enough to take the money. though !!
Come in sort this out ! Or refund me

Adding to all the previous comments about a £65 order placed on 29th November and still not received. Until this week I gave them the benefit of the doubt on extended delivery times but having called, emailed and what’s apped and had no replied to any form of contact. £65 at Christmas taken and not fulfilled!!!!!!

Disgusting customer service! I placed my order over 3 weeks ago now and have not received my goods. I’ve been ignored many times through email, WhatsApp and phone, I am appalled by your customer service. This was a Christmas present and am very upset as it won’t be here on time!

I placed an order 10 days ago and still haven't received it and despite phoning, using the chat function, email and WhatsApp, I can't get any answers.
The company was quick enough to take the money and now I'm stuck trying to cancel the order and get a refund

Don’t use this company ordered 10 days ago still no miniatures tried to email no reply tried to call several times they will not answer the phone, not holding out much hope of getting my order . I will be be reporting them as they seem to be doing this to a lot of hard working people.

Same as everyone else ordered 7th December said in it way tracking number says not even been boxed Z email what’s app phone Facebook. No response waste of time and money. Don’t bother ordering with this company. My staff won’t get there little surprise. I am glad didn’t buy more. Won’t be using you again. Customer service disgraceful
It’s now 30th December no order no refund no communication. Website taken down. Dispute put in via PayPal. Disgusting

An absolute disgrace. Placed an order ages ago so that i had these in time for Christmas. I’ve sent numerous emails, WhatsApp and fb messenger. Absolutely no contact whatsoever. That’s money down the drain. AVOID THESE COWBOYS AT ALL COSTS. Scumbags.

Same as all the other negative comments. I place an order on 3rd Dec, chase on the 13th Dec, and was promised I’d received my order latest 17th Dec, checked the tracking number I was given and my order is still sitting with them. Have tried to phone, WhatsApp and live chat and I’m getting no response. Yet they are still able to send me emails with offers on them. I’ve ordered from them in the past and was impressed by their service. But right now I’m so disappointed that I’ve not received my goods and they aren’t responding to any contact.
