I've used this company before and was happy. Therefore ordered again with no concerns for christmas - a month later, no order! I've now seen all the similar reviews and can see my order won't be arriving.. What a shame as I don't know anywhere else to get such a range of miniatures.

Appalling service I ordered on the 25th of November and nothing??? Like a lot of other people I now just want a refund as I spent over £50 on miniatures for hampers which I’ve now had to deliver minus the miniatures!!! No thought for the individual just heartless

This shop is a SCAM. DO NOT purchase from them. Same as other victims, I placed the order but never received the items. And they don't reply to your emails or Whatsapp.

Would leave no stars if possible, ordered on November 26th , have chased through Facebook, Whatsapp, calling , Instagram- and Zero response to anything. No updates on delivery, no one answers or replies to emails, but they have time to update the Facebook stories to try and gain more business. Now looking at speaking to trading standards etc to get the money back.

Appalling Trying to chase an order and similarly just get a standard we're busy please be patient response. If they couldn't fulfill Xmas orders they should have said 3 weeks ago when I ordered. And there is no excuse for ignoring emails and what's app

same experience as everyone else, i had an automated response with a WhatsApp number-no response either. I will contact my bank and see what happens there.

Been ordering from this company for years at Christmas and March/april time for birthdays and Mother’s Day gifts. They are definitely not a scam BUT last Christmas was the same… order took a huge amount of time to be fulfilled and dispatched. I contacted them and it was dispatch almost immediately and arrived JUST in time for Xmas. Other than that, they’re usually on time.
This year the website blames it on lack of delivery drivers… let’s be absolutely honest, the lack of delivery drivers has nothing to do with the length of time it takes to prepare the order and get it dispatched!
I made an order on 7th December (around a week earlier than last year because I knew this would happen) except this time they’ve gone a step further and taken down the website so now I’m worried. My parents Xmas presents are now unfortunately messed up… I spent £68 so will be doing as others have said and raise a dispute with PayPal if I don’t hear back or get tracking info by tomorrow.
Really unfortunate as usually you always receive your order (regardless of length of time) but to not have had any communication whatsoever about this delay is just so disappointing. Doesn’t mean I won’t stop using them outside of Christmas though! They are usually quite good.

Like everyone else I have a missing order. There is no proper way of contacting them , I have not received my goods and I doubt I’ll get a refund. Most definitely don’t use this company. Like another person I wish I had read trustpilot reviews first.

As with many others, I placed an order on 11th December with 3-4 day delivery promise. Received an email confirming my order. After 7 days I still hadn't received said order. I emailed and there was no response, tried to check the website today and it has been taken down. Dispute raised with PayPal, will be escalating it to a claim.

What a shower! Broken promise after broken promise- thank god the money involved on my (undelivered) order was relatively small ( pardon the pun) - you’ll be better off finding a local off licence that sells miniatures - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The person who i personally class as a scammer & thief.
Has two other "Companies" registered with Company House.
This person needs taking down.

A scam company. I've had to contact my bank and ask for a chargeback as made an order, received confirmation and then nothing and, despite trying to contact these charlatans, still nothing.

I wish I’d looked at trustpilot first, but I can’t do that for every company I deal with. Twelve carefully created gift boxes for my team at work now ruined - and where’s my money? No contact, no clue.

Ordered £50 worth of products 14 days ago.
Should have been delivered within 3-4 days.
Company is not responding to emails, WhatsApps or texts.
Now the website is deleted.

Placed order for over £40 and now website has been taken down and phone disconnected. Wish I'd checked Trustpilot before placing my order. I've sent a request for a refund to my credit card provider so hope the money will be returned.

Like everyone else, they took my money, ignored all attempts at contact, and now I see they’ve deleted their website. Looking back it’s clear that they were a scam and those glowing 5* reviews all came from them.

Order placed on 6th December. Had no confirmation the items have been dispatched. I’ve sent emails, WhatsApp message and yet they are uncontactable.

Would give minus 10 stars! As previous comments - seems like they're a bunch of crooks. Taking the money and claiming will deliver in 3-4 days. Total scam. They don't respond to email or phone calls. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Ordered on 5th December, told it'd be delivered in 3-4 days. Still no dispatch note on 20th December, website has been taken down. Tried contacting their customer service to no response, requesting a refund through my credit card company now.
