I ordered on the 5th December so almost 3 weeks ago. No sign of order. status from Yodel said awaiting order from sender. No replies to emails, or whatsapp. Telephone number now doesn’t even connect. Terrible company, terrible service. Will not be using again that's for sure. Let's hope other potential customers read some reviews first before buying from this company

Either This company is fraud and have scammed me out of my money or they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an order on 23rd November and am yet to receive my order.

I have only received order confirmation and still have not had any confirmation that my order has been sent. I have tried to phone,email and what’s app but still have not received a response.

Will be looking to report this company immediately as I spent a fair bit with them!

It looked good, order placed on 10th dec and then nothing. Took the money and didn’t deliver. No reply to email either. Website now disappeared. I thought it was just me but it appears to be widespread. Do not use this company

This is the worst company I’ve dealt with. I ordered on the 29th November and still haven’t received my order. I’ve emailed several times, rang them, Apple messaged and WhatsApp messaged and I’ve been ignored every time even though they have been online. Horrendous customer care.

Oh my god i wondered where my gifts were i just couldn't understand why they had not arrived. Now i know. That has totally messed up some special presents.

I've had the same,emailed several times had message to say driver shortage I ordered on 6th dec, still no parcel or no contact back, I have used just miniatures a couple of years ago with no issue, obviously scammed this time.

Been ripped off.no replies to emails. Tried to phone.line not in use.absolutley fuming.had a dodgy text asking for ,card details after using wats app chat they supplied. Not Happy

Same as everybody else. Placed order on 10 December nothing received. Tried contacting them but phone s now cut off no response to emails. Website now gone. I think that they are gone too now. I have raised a dispute with PayPal.

Order some mixtures on 8th December and they still haven't arrived. Have emailed and whats app them no reply no refund. Their web site is down. I am livid.

Have not recieved my order of over £100
Not responding to any form of contact.

Update 05 Jan 2022. Informed PayPal of dispute and they got me full refund

I have been using this company for a number of years but unfortunately I placed an order on the 6th of December and apart from order confirmation number I have not received my order or had any communications from them.
Disappointed that they continued to take orders if there was a problem. I have seen people placed orders in November and not received them
We need a response from them to find out what is happening but this seems very unlikely at this stage.
Website has gone so things don’t look good.
It was be wise to avoid ordering on social media etc at this time

Ordered around £40 worth of goods. have been tracking my purchase but it hasn't moved from 'confirmed'. Tried to communicate via IM and Email but no response. Went on the website today and it's disappeared. Unfortunately looks like a scam. Have raised a case with paypal. Have reviewed on companies house and it seems the other companies that the director owns are also scams.

Ordered some Minatures as presents 12 days before Christmas to get a confirmation that my order was with them and it would be “3-4 working days” to receive my order. There was an additional note to say due to driver shortages it may add another 1-2 days to the delivery - still plenty of time to receive the gifts for Christmas.
I’ve chased them via email and WhatsApp with nothing but an automated email of the usual “we have lots of calls at the minute”. Really poor service and yet another company that is very quick to take your money, over-promise and under-deliver. Avoid using them

Scam . Be aware and police to be informed today

Same as everyone else really, ordered on the 9th Dec, no items delivered and they have ignored every attempt at contact.

Dont even deserve 1 star!

Make sure everyone takes a PayPal dispute out on them, reports them to trading standards and speak to your bank and take a dispute out to get money back. Don’t let them keep money.

I also wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering a Christmas present. I have not received my order or confirmation it has been sent and the company will not respond to my messages. Awful customer service!

Absolutely disgusted and wish I'd looked on here before I placed my order, I have ordered before and didn't have a problem so didn't think I would not receive my order, I ordered on 6th December in plenty of time, the irony is the website today states order now for 5 working days delivery!! Now I have to go out and buy another Christmas present to replace this one and I have no idea how to get my money back as they are not replying to emails or messages!
