I had ordered from Just Miniatures last Christmas, so didn't even think to check recent reviews. However, when my order didn't arrive, I went online only to discover that the company website and Instagram accounts had been deleted! A quick search on Google led me to a number of similar reviews :( Fortunately, it wasn't a huge order and my bank was able to recover my payment via Chargeback. However, there should have been more transparency from the company!

Bought some items as Christmas presents right at the start of December. I was given a discount code which was entered and then not taken off the total price.

I emailed regarding this and had no response. As Christmas drew closer not only was there no response but no delivery of my order. After several emails, still no response and no delivery.

I appreciate places get swamped over Christmas but this is ridiculous.

*UPDATE* I have now been refunded via chargeback. I did not recieve a response from the company.

Just Miniatures have removed their online website and Instagram which leads us to believe they've gone in to administration. My order did not arrive and I will be contacting my credit card provider to request a chargeback. I'd encourage others in the same situation to do so too, as we will not be receiving the products.

DO NOT use their WhatsApp customer service as all communication should be formally documented when disputing the funds with your bank (I.e via email).

After reading some of the reviews it seems that this company are just rogues. They take your payment but don’t deliver and any form of communication is never acknowledged. Absolutely shocking company. My order never arrived either 😡

Disappointed and disgusted.
I placed an order on 6th December, no arrival in the time they stated on website, still no delivery in their (may be delayed by an extra few days) window.
Emailed with no reply and now I see the website doesn't exist anymore and absolutely no communication at all despite taking payment!! Absolutely criminal and I will be taking further.

Used this company before and had a great service.
Ordered 8th December 2021, here I am on Christmas Eve without delivery, no answer to emails and their website down!
Disappointed doesn't even cover it !

DO NOT USE. SCAM. clearly the company has gone into administration, christmas gifts not received but money has been taken. So basically daylight robbery. Have reported to trading standards.

This company appears to have ceased trading.

Ordered for birthday 2 weeks ahead of the date. Still not here nearly 3 weeks later (website said delivery 3-4 days but delayed for 2-3 days before ordering). No reply to emails/ online chat. Website keeps shutting down. Family had previously ordered from them so decided to trust the order would be fulfilled with reasonable speed. So far no luck.

Ordered on 25th November. Tried to chase order; Multiple emails, what’s app messages, chat messages, Instagram messages and Facebook message no response. Website, Instagram and Facebook pages no longer exist. Awful

Placed an order and had to chase it up numerous times the company didnt respond to me. I opened a case with paypal and then the company contacted me to say my item was coming that day. I didnt, it came the next day and when it arrived it was wrong. I again contacted them and again got no reply.

Ordered 6th December and still haven’t received the order. I emailed their customer services and received a WhatsApp number to contact - nothing back from them either. Assume as per the other reviews, website no longer exists so something dodgy is happening.

I had ordered form them earlier in the year and everything was good. Ordered again on 9th December and received the confirmation email. This was for Christmas gifts which have not arrived. It now seems the website has disappeared which I assume will mean they can't take money from any more customers. There seem to be a lot of us owed refunds though!

I ordered 9th December and my order isnt here. Very disappointed.

I wish I had seen some of these reviews before I ordered on the 12th December. As so many others have said - they are not answering the phone or emails and the website does not seem to exist any more. Money down the drain and no miniatures to add to our crackers for Christmas.

Like everyone else ordered on 12th, tracking number is fake, no response to emails, and now shop doesn't exist. TOTAL FRAUD

Same as all the others. Looks like the company has simply disappeared....along with my money.

I have ordered from this company before and received orders but not sure what is happening with this company as I have placed another order which was only small on nov 27th but has not arrived, they do not reply to any messages or answer the phone . I can’t believe they are still advertising !!!

Placed order, goods not received. Website now offline no contact number.
