I can't believe I even have to give a 1 star.
Ordered late November money taken and told order would take maximum 5 working days, 4 weeks later many emails sent and no reply, then today I go on their website and its not in use.
How these people live with themselves knowing they are taking your money right before Christmas and knowing full well I wouldn't receive my items is beyond me.

I would give zero stars if that was possible.
Ordered miniatures for Christmas on 4th Dec. Nothing arrived and no response to any emails.
DO NOT use this company.

Would give them 0 if possible. Actual scam artists, all my Christmas gifts and money gone. now opened up a new website with the same company number just miniatures wholesale .com

I suggest everyone emails them to let them know we want our money back!!!!

I can’t leave no stars otherwise I would do. I placed an order a couple of weeks before Xmas to make a hamper. I’m still waiting for that order and the phone number just cuts straight off. Hopefully I’ll be able to get my money back through the bank as it’s not looking promising any other way! Steer clear unless you want to waste money on things you will never receive

My order has not arrived either. Got a reply to my 3rd email asking about my order of 11th Dec. Gave me a whatsup number to phone, will not connect!!! or can use a link to an online Agent no reply! So I then went investigating. The Director is Amareet Kaur Mattu, of Just Miniatures, registered on Company info site. Feb 2019

I phoned Agents renting these units, he is not on their list! company said no record.
He is also a director of CLOUD 9 CATERING LIMITED, Rochester and WILLS FISH & GRILL LTD, Rochester. Tried phoning this one, but rang out. He needs investigating.

Scam company. Order not received despite immediate payment and email confirmation over a month ago. Automated replies to queries about order.

I placed an order on 12th November. I never received confirmation of shipping. Each time I checked order status it said "waiting to be fulfilled"
Needless to say I received nothing! I'm out of pocket for a considerable amount. What can I do? Advice anyone?

This company is a scam! Seems to have disappeared after taking my money. What are the authorities doing about it?

Appalling. Clearly I’m the same capsized boat as everyone else. Placed an order, money taken but no goods received. Have emailed, messages and tried calling. Mighty cheesed off

If only I could give no stars. Placed an order on December 13th and paid for 2-3 days delivery, now I understand Christmas is a busy time as I work in retail but I still haven’t received a dispatched email.

Do not order from this company. I ordered my purchase in good time for Christmas. Despite an email informing me I could expect my prchase within 3 to 4 working days 17 days later I still haven’t received my purchase nor have I recieved a reply to my emails chasing up my order. Appalling customer service. Do not waste your time with this company

Ordered for a pre Xmas delivery still not had my order dispatched.I’ve emailed and whatsapped these guys no response at all, Iv now requested a refund through PayPal as I don’t think il get my money back after looking at other reviews. This company is just criminal

Terrible customer service. I ordered 2 miniatures & one is the wrong one. I emailed & automated response said high levels of emails & to WhatsApp them. That was 12th Dec. I am still waiting. Someone replied on 14th Dec saying they would check the warehouse then never heard anything again. It’s now 30th Dec & after another email & 7 more WhatsApp messages I still haven’t heard. So say this is their error they clearly don’t seem bothered about correcting it

The worst company ever. Utter Robbers. Order, pay, receive nothing. Dont reply, don't acknowledge, don't take phone calls. Disgraceful

Wish I could give no stars. They took money for Christmas presents and the goods did not arrive. Had one initial contact but then stopped responding to requests on when items might arrive. I have emailed them today and it has bounced straight back and cannot find their website so looks like they may no longer exist. Will try and get money back via PayPal.

Same as everyone else - no delivery!! I’ve ordered from them before so didn’t think twice. Absolutely raging at this as they were all ment as Xmas gifts! I’ll be contacting my bank for a charge back

Not even worthy of a one star. No goods received. Money taken. Emailed several times, with an automated reply. Terrible company!
Please do not order from them, you’ll be ripped off like so many others.

I would not even want to leave them one star. The most horrible and unethical company around. Never ever shop with them. You will not receive your goods. They need to be shut down as they are committing serious fraud.
