Do not spend your money here. I ordered on 17th Dec and spent £33.00 - not a king’s ransom but not the point.
I have found myself in the same position of no money or goods. No response to any communications. I have raised a dispute with my bank.

Ordered on the 13th December. Haven’t received items no response to emails, calls or messages. Do not order from this company. I am going to have to try and get the money back from the bank.

Same issues as shown with other 1 star reviews. Ordered 17th of December. Phone number doesn't ring, no answer to emails or text messages. have raised a claim with PayPal to get refund.

Whats-app messages no longer deliver, assume business account has been deleted.

Assume that either company has gone under or something more nefarious.

Spent just over £20 on miniature bottles of alcohol to put in crackers at Christmas. Ordered 6th December. Got an order confirmation but never a dispatch notification. Contacted them via email on 15th December and again on 18th December. Their automatic response says to reach out on WhatsApp, which I did on 17th December - it wasn't even read. The phone number doesn't even ring. Don't waste your money here - I'm still trying to get mine back through my credit card company!

This company fails to deliver, year on year. They tell you when they estimate delivery will be, then they add on a few extra days for covid (fair enough) and here I am still waiting, on January 10th, for something intended as a Christmas present. They don't respond personally to emails, just issue the standard automated reply. I do not know how they can still be in business.

I ordered on the 15th December. £30 worth for little extra presents for family and have received nothing. No response to emails either. How can people get away with this?

Do not use this company, they will happily take your money but not deliver any goods! Order placed beginning of January and not heard anything since. No reply to emails or texts. The phone number on the website does not work. Absolutely appalling.

I would have put nothing, but it doesn't allow you too. Same as others experience. Order ages and ages ago for christmas gjfts, got confirmation of order and that was it. I've Emailed, messaged lots, have even asked for a refund but no response to anything. 😡

Scam Company - order placed at start of December, money taken from account and have not heard anything since. Generic emails sent and no refund put in my account despite several requests made via email and WhatsApp.
Avoid at all costs!

This is the worst company i have ever dealt with. They owe me over £100. They don`t answer any calls, txts,e-mails etc. They are truly appalling.

Don’t use this company. Ordered before Xmas. Still awaiting response from email and WhatsApp. Now website disappeared.

I ordered before Christmas and despite several complaints and messages I have had no response, but it looks like I'm not on my own ,we need to report this company and get refunds

I have given 1 star but would really give none! the after sales service from this company is absolutely diabolical, I have used these a few times over the years and never had a problem, however I have returned some items in Dec for a refund and still await my money back, a response a call an email - anything but absolutely NOTHING, I have reported these to my bank and have asked for them to raise an indemnity claim for me to get my refund as the company isn't bothering their backsides to sort, honestly stay away from this company they are horrific to deal with on an after sales basis, they all want sacked

Like the other reviews, I would rate this compnay zero.
I ordered wine on 2nd December 2021. It still hasn't been delivered by 7th January 2022.

Ordered end November after using them previously no issue, however no delivery after 3 weeks still tried ringing them, the numbers not in use! No email or text reply but they’re quick enough to take your money so somebody is there clearly!! Raised issue with the bank and got refund from them also reported to trading standards.

The same experience as other reviews. Ordered late November. Still not arrived by January. Not responded to 3 emails or WhatsApp. Will be reporting to trading standards.

Previously used just miniatures and had absolutely no issue very quick delivery and very happy so decided to place an order on 6th December 2021 for 3 miniatures for Christmas presents received 2 emails to say they were despatched the 2nd email giving yodel tracking number, however when you check it out Yodel say they are still waiting for the package to be passed to them? Have sent 4 emails a text and a whatsapp message none of which have received any response at all and we are now 6th January 2022 a whole month passed disgusted doesn't even come close to describing my experience

0 stars if it was possible. Ordered mid December, yep you've guessed it. No order received. No reply to emails. No reply to WhatsApp messages, will be pursuing via my bank.
