Website is up but don't use. Order not fulfilled for Christmas and money stolen. DO NOT USE

Ive used this company over the last 2.5 years & no issue ever. However i ordered start of December 2021 like many other people & order never arrived ( payment taken). contacted through whatsapp messenger, emailed & tried calling today. No reply from emails or messenger & phone line sounds dead. Website is still live but social media links are not working. Will be chasing for refund with card company- DO NOT USE unless you have spoken with them to see if still trading as highly unlikely they are!

Still waiting delivery of an order placed on 13th December, supposed to be Christmas presents. Money taken from my account on the 14th December, so no time wasted there !!
Sent two emails but just received two automated replies. Tried phoning but number not recognised. Not even got the courtesy to reply and give an apology. Don't even bother ordering from them as it will be a complete waste of money.

Ordered goods for Xmas, never came - started chasing after Xmas - what a surprise (not) the company is conveniently 'Permanently closed' according to Google.

The website (justminiatureswholesale.com) is up and running, so more fool you if you order goods. It is just an website showing pictures and prices, any orders placed will get cashed because they want your money. You will get a professional-looking confirmation order to your email address, however, this is all you are going to get.

If you think the reviews are wrong, place your order and see for yourself, only make sure you use a CREDIT CARD so you can claim back from the credit card provider, otherwise, you will be out of pocket. You have been warned.

Dreadful with non existent customer service

Disgusting! No items received, no response to requests for refund. Thieves who should be ashamed of themselves for taking peoples hard earned money !!

No response to 3 emails now about an order placed on 11th December, which never arrived.

I wish I read these earlier.. like everyone else placed an order for Christmas, paid as you do and here we are 18 January no order and no correspondence except the generic email.. shameful... I will never buy Miniature online again.

Like everyone else order placed Money taken! Surprise Surprise 9 weeks later still no order!! How can a business be allowed to keep doing this over and over again! PEOPLE BE WARNED! Do not order from this awful place!

I also placed an order 6 December and to date have received nothing. Automated reply to emails advising to ring a telephone number on Whats App no reply Tried sending an email today to discover the email address no longer exits. .
I have used before and had no problems but if as it looks they are in difficulty they should have the courtesy to advise customers who after all have paid there money in good faith. They do not rate anystars at all. Their customer service is abysmal.

I too placed an order on Dec 10th 2021, paid for it in good faith, and no goods delivered, zero response to my email request for a refund. This is disgraceful. Even if you've hit difficulties, you have to COMMUNICATE - especially if you've taken the customer's money. Shameful. I paid with my Visa card, so no way of recovering what I lost.

I begrudge giving them the 1 star but had no choice!
Order placed 6th December but, like SO many others, no goods and no response to phone or emails.

Don't know what has happened to this company, I've been using them for a couple of years and never had any issues before. Obviously something catastrophic has gone wrong.
Now hoping I can get refunded through PayPal.

My first order was in November 2021 and this was delivered. Therefore I had no issues in making a second order on 18/12/21. No goods received to date and no replies to email. I have taken this up with PayPal to recover my money.

I placed an order in mid December and despite the money being taken from my account the next day I have still not received anything by mid January.
When shopping many items were out of stock so choice was limited and what was left to select was not sent.
Two weeks after emailing customer services, still no reply or refund.

Big fat 0. Ordered on 13th December. And not received sent numerous emails. And still no reply. Order some stuff for a party. Just wish I checked it out properly before ordering

I placed an order back in November which has never been delivered. The main issue is that there has been no response to four emails and it is impossible to get them on the phone. Very disappointing service

Exactly the same situation with every other person. I believe they have now relaunched under ‘just miniatures wholesale’. Their registered company number is the same (checked on companies house) and also the same contacting email address. Have tried contacting numerous times, and now I’ve seen this new website have tried emailing again for a refund. Unfortunately I paid by debit card as I was a returning customer and my original experience with them was good, so I haven’t been able to claim through my bank as of yet. I don’t understand how the company are able to still operate, they must have that many cases against them, and they have hundreds of customers money, and paid goods!! Not sure how they’re still above 1 stars on trustpilot either 🙈

Terrible experience, it seems I walked into a scam. Sometimes I wonder why I trust Trustpilot, I'm amazed they had so many "excellent" responses when the company has now disappeared off the face of the planet with a lot of people's money. Worst of all, we can't even drink to forget the whole debacle because they didn't bloody deliver it!

I wish I had read this page in advance of ordering! Do not use this business! Order placed 5th December, I did receive some customer service through whatsapp and a refund of my shipping, but they still haven't to date delivered. Still says with sender on yodel. I have raised with disputes team now to get my money back.

I placed an order, paid extra for express delivery, and received an email order confirmation. I then never received a dispatch email, and my order never arrived. I got no reply from the emails and texts to Just Miniatures. Thankfully I paid with PayPal and I eventually got my money back through opening a case with PayPal.
