Shocking scam. They should be banned from instagram. Fake pictures, horrible made in China quality.

I ordered a two-piece set for over €100 and was shocked by what I received. The material is extremely thin, almost transparent, and feels incredibly cheap – nothing like what’s shown on the website.

They claim their products are designed and made in Spain, but the package was shipped from China, which tells me this is just low-quality mass production with a misleading brand image.

I contacted customer service immediately upon receiving the item, but never got a response. I’ve now opened a dispute with PayPal and will consider legal action if necessary.

This shop is not trustworthy – I strongly advise others to stay away.

Do not buy from this brand. I am disgusted with both the product and the service. Their website and instagram page promote their product be high quality items. Not being given a refund). The product I have received was expensive And I have recieved something that looks like it should cost about £5. The images on the website show lovely premium gold straps but what i have received is nothing like the pictures - cheap material, a different colour, and cheap plastic red straps! I am shocked. Customer service are ignoring my request for a full refund which I should be given based on them falsely advertising it! Do not buy from here!

Ordered a playsuit and was not impressed with quality (loose threads and not well made for the price). Came from China rather than Spain. Cheap packaging and arrived very creased. Didn’t look like pic or fit well and wanted to return but almost impossible to do so - will end up costing more money and no formal process so worried about throwing more money at it. Dont fall for the instagram posts!!!

Beware, this is a scam! I ordered in early March and nothing was ever shipped, they first apologized by email and then stopped responding. PayPal refunded my money because they didn't respond either.

DON’T BUY HERE! Pictures are fake, products do not look like they show it on the website and on Insta. You will be very disappointed.
They sell very cheap chinese stuff to high prices.No possibility to return! Customer Service answers with standard texts and then ignores you.

The company is advertising to do handmade in Spain garments, they seems to always have 50% discount, so the prices in the end are fair, if those were for what they advertise. The shipping I’ve received (after almost 2 months of patiently waiting) was coming from China. The dress is nice and fits well, so I’ll give 2 stars for that. But the material is thin, for sure not great quality linen. And not “handmade in Spain” for sure.

I never receive my dress et the didnt give my money back!!!! I will Wrighting every day this brand are thieves !!! Becarfull don’t buy anything !!!

Total scam. The fabric is cheap, some of the items look nothing like the photos, they obviously don’t answer any emails- my orders came from China and have taken months. Who knows if they will ever arrive.

This is scam, I placed my order in February and have not heard from them since.. when I posted on their IG account that this is scam, they just blocked me..

So far I haven’t received any update and no swimming suit either even though I contacted them.#3518

Company is a SCAM! Do not buy!
Purchased 2 bathing suits. Took so long to ship, the bathing suits are not at all legit or good quality.

THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE.
Ordered 1 piece on March 1 and never arrived.
I sent several emails and never received a proper answer on the expected delivery dates.
I made a warning comments on their Instagram and as expected they blocked my account.

Following my mail describing them as a scam website, bunch of thieves and informed about the legal actions against them, I have received the below mail. I asked for order cancellation and refund. Waiting for the refund.

Your order has not been shipped because the Dune Nomad Jumpsuit will be made in our own Atelier (exclusive and custom orders only), and this is the reason for some additional delays.

I hope you accept our sincere apologies for this error, but my colleague saw the tracking number and simply gave incorrect information.

THIS IS A SCAM - BUYER BEWARE!
Ordered 2 pieces early March and never arrived. I sent countless emails and also tried to contact them via social media and all went unanswered, that is until I got nasty. I made comments calling them out on social media and was instantly blocked. I also threatened them with legal action and then finally after almost 1 month received a response. By that time I had contacted my bank and raised a transaction dispute (charge back). They only contacted me because my bank returned my money from their account. I had to block my card so they couldn't take money out. This is a scam and unfortunately I'm seeing many people have been sucked in. The designs copy Johanna Ortiz and if you do some research and look at the comments on each post they are all the same - so they pay for Bots to comment to look legit. If you have been scammed, my advice is to contact your bank immediately and raise a transaction dispute, please also report on Instagram. The more people that do this, will hopefully result in their account being banned.

Please don't trust this company. I have ordered 2 swimsuit and never arrived. They don't answer any emails... very disappointed.. I lost 600 aed..

My Honest Review of Isabel Ines – I Feel Cheated

I feel completely deceived by Isabelinass. I ordered two swimsuits and paid over 700 PLN – a significant amount of money. I expected high quality, premium products. Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite.

Only one swimsuit arrived, and I never received the second one. I have sent several emails to the company asking about the missing item, but I have not received any response.

The product I did receive was extremely disappointing. It looked nothing like the photos on the website. The fabric was cheap and smelled terrible – like something from a low-quality marketplace in China. The details that were supposed to be gold metal were plastic, and the whole bikini looked cheap and tacky.

To make things worse, I ordered a size M, but the bikini top I received was more like an XXS – it only covers my nipples and is completely unwearable.

I waited two months for this order and ended up with something I wouldn’t even consider wearing. I am deeply disappointed and feel scammed by this brand. This has been one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

I ordered a swimsuit on 2nd March…it’s now 1st April and still no item…not even been shipped yet! Terrible service from this company. I’ve ordered hundreds of items online and never ever have I experienced such a long wait. Honestly I’m disgusted and would urge anyone to think twice before ordering a thing from them.

Be aware! I bought a jumpusuit with a high price but thinking is made in spain , I though the price is understanding to be a bit high, but after nearly a month since I ordered, they send me a shipping number and what is my surprise: that I enter that number and it says SHIPPING FROM CHINA
It has been shipped supposed to be about 6 days ago but it still says it is in China, I am a bit afraid with all this, lets see what arrives and how, but if not I will claim paypal payment, be careful!

I Bought 2 swimsuits and I received , the fit is so good and the quality are 10/10. I just ordered again. I Really recommend it

I bought two men's sets and have already received one. The other seems to be still in production, but the service and quality of the first one were top-notch. I'll update when I receive the second one, so far everything is perfect.
