This is the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had.

I ordered two swimsuits and only received one – weeks late – and the quality is absolutely horrendous. Thin, cheap, poorly stitched fabric that looks NOTHING like the photos. It’s clearly shipped straight from a low-end factory in China, even though they try to present themselves as a luxury brand.

To make it worse, they hide behind a shady “no returns for hygiene reasons” policy, even when your order is incomplete or defective.
I still haven’t received my second item, and they refuse to give my money back.

They take your money, send junk (if anything at all), and then disappear behind fine print.

This company is a complete scam — avoid at all costs.
You’ll lose your money and end up with garbage.

Definitely a scam. item doesn’t look like what was on a website. when I ask to return, I was given address and instructions which I have put in properly. was informed by the postal company that the item was unclaimed.

Don’t order from this company. Quality is terrible and nothing like the images shown. They don’t allow returns of swim items and the return window for the rest is 14 days. You don’t see the return information during the purchase process unless you specially go and check the return terms and conditions. Further, they make you pay for the return shipping costs. The worst customer service.

biggest scam. please don’t buy!! i ordered a dress for £90 and i am gutted i've spent THAT much money on a dress that looks nothing like the images shown, and the material is awful. i previously contacted the company because the delivery was taking ages, and a lady called Yolanda replied instantly to let me know it was coming. Now, as soon as i’ve actually received the order and asked to return, i’ve had no response even after contacting multiple times… that says enough as it is…

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not buy from the company. They are a scam. I ordered 2 items in April. 1st arrived, the second never. I’ve contacted customer service and their instagram page a number of times to he told my item is on its way. It’s now June and still no item . They have blocked me on IG and no longer responding. I’ve lost £162. I urge to not but from them. It’s a scam and the 1 item received is not like the image!! If anyone knows how I can get my money back. Please advise.

They are complete scammers. Customer service never responds. The product and shipping took two months, and the item they eventually sent has nothing to do with what was purchased. They claim the product is custom-made in Spain, but it actually comes from China – a completely different model made of incredibly poor-quality materials. They are stealing your money, and there’s absolutely no way to reach them or request a refund. This site should be reported and shut down; it’s outright fraud. Don’t believe them, don’t buy from them.

I ordered a bikini from this brand’s website, and what I received looked nothing like the photos. The material is extremely cheap, the design is completely different, and the sizing is totally off. It honestly felt like a scam.

I contacted their customer service, hoping for a resolution, but they refused to take responsibility. Their response was dismissive — they claimed the item matched the product description, which is simply not true. They declined to refund me or even a return option.

Extremely disappointed with both the product and the way the company handled the issue.

It took 10 weeks to deliver subpar clothing. I explained before the items were shipped that I wished to cancel but never received a reply. The quality of the items is comical. It is a complete scam, do not not buy from this company

Absolute scam. Just another poor quality replica website. The garments all come from guangdong China, they are not as pictured or described, the website images have been stolen from other brands…. Customer service is non existent, your emails will be ignored. Expensive for low grade China made copies. AVOID!!!

Hello! I bought a bikini, and the return policy stated that returns were not possible for this item. I made a mistake when ordering. The quality is very poor, both the packaging and the bikini itself. It took more than a month and a half to arrive. I sent several emails and only received replies after long delays. I only managed to get a faster response when I messaged them on Instagram. I requested a return because it took so long to arrive and because the quality was nothing like what I expected for the price I paid, but they didn’t allow it.

This company is definitely a fraud! I bought a dress from them. It was delivered to me after 6 weeks. The dress did not fit properly so I returned it back using tracking postage. It has been 1 month since they received the package and despite multiple emails and phone calls requesting the refund, no answer whatsoever. When I called, a Spanish girl answers, saying that she doesn’t understand English. A total fraud.

I have made an order 2 weeks ago and no response yet after lots of emails. Is this place genuine or is it a scam?

Do not use this company. They sent my order 4 weeks late and it was TERRIBLE quality, nothing like the picture. Extremely overpriced and I then had to pay £20 to send it back to Spain. They didn’t even take the parcel in, so I was sent back to the post office, as they don’t like to refund customers. I’m now £140 down and the customer service team don’t even reply to my emails. Do not buy from this company.

It took more than a motnh to deliver and for sure what i received was nothing like the images. Clothes were shipped from china not Spain and the quality is horrendous. Overpriced and bordeline scam.

I placed order IS4492 on 11 April 2025 for three swimsuits.

One item (“Dune”) arrived but looked nothing like the website photo.
The other two (“Zafirah” & “Canyon Glow”) sat in “being prepared for shipment” status for weeks, even though Isabelinass promises 3-5 business days processing + 10-15 business days shipping.
When the EU-mandated 30-day delivery limit passed, I sent a formal cancellation on 20 May and requested a €159.98 refund. Isabelinass ignored every email—then ten days later dispatched one of the cancelled suits to my former address (I had moved on 28 May). Shipping goods after a contract is terminated is unacceptable and leaves the risk with the seller under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 20.

Only after I:

opened a dispute with my card issuer (Worldline), cited EU and Belgian consumer laws, and threatened a charge-back and formal complaint to the European Consumer Centre, did Isabelinass finally agree—on June 3rd (the deadline)—to refund the money. They never answered a single support email; all communication was one-way until legal pressure was applied.

Pros

Eventually agreed to a full refund (pending receipt).

Cons

– Delivery promise exceeded by several weeks.
– No response to multiple emails.
– Shipped cancelled items anyway, to an address I no longer occupy.
– Refused to cover return costs for a misrepresented product.

Bottom line: You might receive nice swimwear if everything goes perfectly, but the moment something goes wrong you are on your own. If you still choose to buy, use a credit card so you have charge-back protection. Personally, I won’t shop here again.

I finally received my parcel, but sadly, after waiting over two weeks for it to arrive, it is clearly nothing like the picture and is a fake replica. I am extremely disappointed as I spent £100 for something that is not worth that amount. The colours are different, and the detail on the halter neck is just unrecognizable compared to the picture.

I would like a full refund and would appreciate a link from you to process this. Order - #IS5020 As you haven't replied to my email, I'm hoping to get response asap

Clairement de l’arnaque, c’est très cher pour une qualité médiocre. Je recommande vraiment pas. Ça ne ressemble même pas aux photos.
