Mis gafas llegaron con un defecto. Les escribí por Instagram explicando que, al ponérmelas, no quedaban alineadas con las cejas. Les envié mensajes y videos en dos ocasiones; los vieron, pero nunca respondieron. También les mandé un correo electrónico y tampoco obtuve respuesta. Entré en su página web, encontré un número de teléfono y les escribí por WhatsApp. Me dijeron que era un móvil personal y que debía enviar un email. Han pasado ya 3 meses y sigo sin recibir ninguna respuesta. No recomiendo comprar en esta tienda.

Siempre me gusta aprovechar las ofertas, ya tengo unos cuantos modelos y tengo que decir que estas son mis favoritas

The design of these sunglasses is great, but the lenses are causing me problems. I get a definite headache when wearing them, particularly when driving, and this doesn't happen with any other pair I own. Since I don't have any pre-existing vision issues, I suspect there's a flaw in the lens construction. I regret not sending them back when I had the chance.

Just a great buying experience and the glasses are just amazing.

La calidad y diseño de las gafas está muy bien, son preciosas! A parte de que me salieron super bien de precio con las rebajas y descuentos. Por poner un pero, encontré a faltar que el estuche de las gafas no llevara dentro el paño para limpiarlas.

El pedido ha llegado bien y rápido, las gafas me encantan, el packaging y todo. Recomiendo!!

I m waiting for an answer from the brand but for the moment, nothing..I hope that they send me other glasses for my money or my money back

Heel mooie zonnebrillen, niet heel duur. Shipping ging ook heel goed. Ik had 6 stuks besteld voor de actie 1+1 zodat ik goed kon kiezen, want een zonnebril moet je toch even aankijken.
Maar het returnproces ging helemaal niet zo vlot. Je moest zelf de verzendingskosten betalen wat op zich normaal is, maar dit heeft me €23 gekost vanuit België… dus eigenlijk was de 1+1 actie helemaal teniet… dit vond ik echt een beetje overdreven. Dus voor mensen vanuit het buitenland: ofwel niet te veel bestellen en alles bijhouden en eventueel zelf door verkopen, ofwel enkel kopen als je zeker bent.

Nadien wel zelf betalingsproblemen gehad en daar was de service wel geweldig, dus dank hiervoor!
