The photo used for the outfit looked like linen. The crap that it was actually made from is unidentifiable because they cut the "Made in China" tags out of all the items. What a horrible scam. I am trying to return the shoddy item. Their offer was 30% reimbursement and I could keep the stuff. Not good enough.

Absolutely horrible! The quality is poor and their return policy has a lot to be desired.Do not order from this site.

This company is a scam. I’ll be taking action. They have taken the money twice for an item I bought for my daughter as a Christmas present and despite numerous emails to their help email there has been no reply. Please please be wary.

Ils m'ont livré une commande que j'ai voulu renvoyée car ne ressemblait pas du tout aux photos. Ils ne m'ont jamais remboursé.
Pire, j'ai fait une seconde commande (en même temps que la première) et ils ne me l'ont jamais envoyé.
Plus de 400€ partis !

It’s a scam!! I ordered 4 items and got only 2 of them and it was terrible quality. They don't answer my emails i think i lost my money after 5 months i am waiting.

Ordered a Jumpsuit in July got an email confirmation, never received it until mid of September. Wrote several emails, never got a response.

Worst company ever.. I bought a bathing suit in April and I still have not received it yet. I emailed them to get an update and they stated they sold out. I asked for a refund and nothing. Then they wanted me to pick another bathing suit and still nothing. We are in September now and I am still waiting on their response. Do not buy anything from this company.!!!

Je voudrais vous mettre en garde contre ce site en vous faisant part de mon expérience.
En effet, j’ai passé une commande pour une robe qui s’est avéré être trop étroite pour moi.
J’ai retourné l’article et depuis ce jour, aucune réponse ni remboursement.
J’ai écris à plusieurs reprises à la firme mais jamais de réponse.
Bref, ils ont gardé mon argent et la robe.
De plus, ils m’ont bloqué sur Instagram pour que je ne puisse pas écrire d’avis.
Je vais voir comment porter plainte contre eux car je veux récupérer mes 116€

I never received my order. They didn't respond to any of my emails.

I have ordered for a lot of money. Cheap, chinese garment, does not look like the pic. AI generated pic. I have sent back the items, they do not want to refund. They are not answering mails. I have asked for Chargeback from the bank.

My order took 2 months to arrive, of course it is chinese made and not spanish made..
The clothe was very small and bad quality, I decided to sent it back, they received the parcel but never refund me. (150€)

ACHTUNG BETRUG!! Billigschrott aus China zu überteuerten Preisen. Habe die Bewertungen hier leider etwas zu spät gelesen und für 550€ eine Auswahl bestellt. Ein Teil wurde bereits aus China verschickt als ich das hier entdeckt habe. Rücksendung nach Spanien für 20€. Ich konnte den Rest nach viel palaber und dem Hinweis auf das gesetzt stornieren. Dann haben sie anteilig erstattet. Später haben sie aber noch ein Teil aus so einer 3 für 2 Aktion versendet obwohl ich das eine Teil bereits zurück geschickt hatte und den Rest storniert. Ich habe hier die Annahme abgelehnt. Sie wiesen mich bei dem ersten Teil darauf hin dass ich dann trotzdem bezahlen müsste (wahrscheinlich weil es ja nicht bei den ankommt sondern nach China geht an den eigentlichen Versender). War mir jetzt aber egal zahle nicht nochmal 20€ Versand. Die Erstattung hierfür haben sie auch nicht mehr vorgenommen. Zum Glück ist die Mastercard super und hat das Geld zurück gezogen nachdem ich einen Antrag gestellt habe und alles dargelegt habe. Das solche Shops überhaupt bestehen bleiben können… schämt euch und arbeitet gefälligst für euer Geld!

Worst Online Shopping Experience Ever!
I placed my order on June 3rd, and it didn’t arrive until July 18th — more than six weeks later! Completely unacceptable delivery time. When the clothes finally arrived, they didn’t fit as expected, so I contacted customer service to initiate a return.

Despite multiple attempts, nobody responded, and I was ignored completely. Because of their lack of response, I missed their return window of 14 calendar days. I was effectively ghosted, and now I’m stuck with clothes I don’t want and can’t use.

Total waste of money and by far the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. Avoid this company — there is zero accountability and no customer support.

Not even worth 1 star. They’re fake and just cheap Chinese quality. They pretend it’s from Spain, but it literally comes from China. I ordered 3/4 products and they arrived one by one, only after months. They don’t respond at all and just wait for the 14-day return window to expire so they don’t have to accept returns. This is a total scam with their fake, poor-quality products. Don’t buy anything from them!!! I’ve basically lost my 300 euros.
