A complete scam. Please read the Trustpilot reviews before spending your hard-earned money on this fake shop. Your 'order' will be 'delayed' in Flensburg and will never arrive, like every single other customer's. AVOID.

SCAM!! Sucked in by their flashy website reminding me of House Nordic. Package jumps around Europe every 3 days with a transport company that doesn’t exist. Had to make a claim through my credit card. 2 months later, ‘package’ still in Denmark. No response from company. Please AVOID!

Diesen Händler sollte man meiden. Ich habe jetzt zweimal dort was gekauft. Zweimal hat die Lieferung ewig gedauert. Die zweite Lieferung ist jetzt nach über einem
Monat immer noch nicht angekommen. Auf Beschwerde beim
Kundendienst kommt nur „tja, haben sie ja bei der Bestellung akzeptiert“. Habe ich nicht. Durch die Webseite wird suggeriert, dass die Lieferung in 1-3 Tagen erfolgt.

Ich kann die letzte Bewertung von Thorsten Wulf zu 100 % bestätigen. Ich hatte bereits im Mai eine hochwertige Lampe bestellt - zu einem sehr guten Preis. Das ist sicher die Masche dieses „Unternehmens“. Die Ware wurde - wie von Vor-Rezensenten beschrieben über das Unternehmen Euro 2 Trans angeblich von Ungarn aus quer durch Europa bis nach Flensburg transportiert. Dort liegt sie seit Wochen mit dem Vermerk „investigating“. Flensburg scheint die deutsche Adresse dieses Betrugsunternehmens gewesen zu sein. Sie wird aber nun als „dauerhaft geschlossen“ gekennzeichnet. Meine Nachrichten an den Verkäufer inwohn und auch an das Transportunternehmen Euro 2 Trans werden nicht beantwortet. Die fast 600 Euro muss ich nun als negative Erfahrung abschreiben.

Je rencontre le même problème que tout le monde retard de livraison et plus aucune nouvelle du service client. Le site a envoyé un mail qui stipule que ma commande a été perdu et que celle-ci est annulé mais aucun remboursement ne vient 2 mois et demi après ma commande n'achetez surtout pas c'est un site d'arnaque !

Livraison jamais reçue, remboursement jamais évoqué par le service client. Une honte, des escrocs avérés sans scrupules, à fuir absolument sous peine de se voir plongés dans une grosse galère! un 0/20 absolu.

Their usual process is selling design brand furniture with slightly lower price but with a very long waiting time. After 3-4 weeks they said the parcel is lost and then became less responsive. We then came to trustpilot and realise it's hight likely a scam. After talked to chatgpt we requested a claim of scam to the bank. This month, after almost half a year, we finally get the refund from bank. Just want more folks know it is a certified scam by the bank and even though you use debit card it's still possible to get the money back! Make sure to contact your bank!

I bought a console from their shop, which of course had a very long delay in dispatch. I received it completely broken. I made a complaint and they sent a second console, but they completely disregarded and did not learn from the first incompetent shipping and I got a second console that was also broken. It was packed with almost no protection, both the first and second time.

And I have been waiting four months for my compensation for broken furniture and poor service. It is obvious that this company has no respect for its customers and lies to their face.

This bad experience has been going on for more than half a year, since I ordered console at first time.

Absolutely shocking, please avoid. Lost item in post and still waiting on refund. Ordered in April, now July 2025 and still no refund or item, very difficult to deal with and have to chase constantly. Should be closed down. Reporting to FCA & FOS.

Ich habe in dem Laden vor ein paar Jahren schon gekauft. Ich hätte bie gedacht, dass ich hier keine Ware erhalten würde. Ich bekomme keine Rückmeldung auf Nachfrage. Jetzt ist der Laden in Flensburg auch noch geschlossen … ansonsten die gleiche Masche wie bei allen anderen auch. Meine Ware ist angeblich quer durch Europa geliefert worden im Schneckentempo. Alle 3 Tage eine neue Station. Eine logistisch völlig lächerliche Abwicklung für den Preis. Mir hätte aber direkt am Anfang auffallen müssen, dass meine Sendung 3 Tage vor meiner Bestellung schon auf dem Weg war… hier scheint alles absoluter Betrug zu sein. Achso auch meine Ware geht angeblich gerade in Flensburg verloren… hoffentlich sehe ich mein Geld wieder

Kann die vielen schlechten Erfahrungen anderer Kunden nur bestätigen: Ware wurde angeblich versandt und dann als nicht mehr lieferbar storniert. Warte immer noch auf die Rückerstattung. :((

I placed an order on June 3, 2025, paying extra for "Priority Delivery (1–3 days)" and completed the purchase via Apple Pay (Revolut).
Immediately after payment, I received only an internal tracking number KH94879465FI from a supposed carrier called “Euro2Trans,” which by all accounts does not exist — there was no real tracking, just fake status updates.

After several follow-ups, the seller eventually cancelled the order themselves on June 13, 2025, openly admitting that they had not yet refunded the payment.
This was followed by weeks of vague, often contradictory responses — each time written by someone different, sounding like AI-generated phrases with no actual accountability.

When I filed a chargeback through my bank, it was initially declined, but after I submitted all email communication and evidence, my bank overturned their decision, and today I finally got my money back.

🛑 Summary
Yes, the store does respond, but their replies sound like automated fog with no real willingness to solve the issue.

In my opinion, the products don’t even exist, and the store likely relies on most customers never bothering to file a chargeback.

A fun fact: even though they cancelled the order themselves, their fake “Euro2Trans” tracking number is still active and changes location every 3 days, just to make it look like something is being shipped.

🚫 I strongly do not recommend this store — unless you enjoy spending months trying to figure out where your money went and ultimately having to recover it through your bank.

This company is a total scam. They are fraudsters and should be shut down. I spent 1450 euro on 2 lamps and paid extra for expedited shipping. I made the purchase May 21st. A month later after tracking the items online they went from several places in Hungary then several more in Germany. They were suppose to come to Portugal! The company has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. When I tried to cancel or get a refund they kept telling me I needed to pay extra for shipping!!!!!!! Finally after a week of trying I got a response from them saying they would refund my money. Needless to say 2 weeks have pass and that hasn't happened. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!

Con artists ordered not received had to put in a claim thru credit card. No reply to mail.

Ho effettuato un ordine su Inwhohn il 16 febbraio 2025 (ordine INW-164026-COM), mai arrivato.
Dopo innumerevoli solleciti, promesse vaghe e mail preconfezionate, non ho ricevuto alcun rimborso.
La Polizia Postale mi ha confermato che i tempi per denuncia sono scaduti, e anche la mia banca non ha più margine d’azione.

Attenzione: moltissimi altri clienti raccontano esperienze identiche.
Sto raccogliendo testimonianze per inviarle all’Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato (AGCM) e al Centro Europeo Consumatori.

Se anche voi siete stati truffati da Inwhohn, unitevi alla segnalazione.

Komt het nog? Geld kwijt? Geen idee.

ich bin absolut enttäuscht über den bisherigen Ablauf meiner Bestellung. Habe zwei Kartell Masters Stühle bestellt. Bis heute – fast zwei Monate später – habe ich weder die Ware erhalten noch eine Rückmeldung auf meine bisherigen zwei Kontaktversuche an Ihren Kundenservice.

Beware of this company! My order was delivered completely damaged and had been promised a full refund for +10 months (still waiting now!). No phone option and every email has been the same generic "we have a delay and will get back to you". The company is dishonest and I feel scammed, it is hard to believe a shop with this shocking customer service is stocking these high end products.

This company is dishonest and probably best described as a scam. I am owed a refund for non- delivered item ordered four months ago. Customer service seems to reply with generic messages, no way to call or speak to a real person. Hugely disappointed
