Zeer teleurstellende ervaring – misleidende informatie en slechte service

Ik heb eind april een lamp besteld die volgens de website "op voorraad" was, met een levertijd van 1–3 werkdagen. Inmiddels zijn we bijna twee maanden verder, en ik heb de lamp nog steeds niet ontvangen. Pas nadat ik zelf meerdere keren contact opnam (per e-mail én telefonisch), kreeg ik te horen dat het product eigenlijk helemaal niet op voorraad was.

Gedurende deze periode heb ik meerdere keren om een oplossing gevraagd, maar ik kreeg telkens ontwijkende antwoorden. De enige compensatie die werd aangeboden was een standaard 5% korting – hetzelfde percentage dat je ook gewoon krijgt als je een review achterlaat. Op geen enkel moment werd er proactief gecommuniceerd over de vertraging.

Deze ervaring heeft me veel tijd, frustratie en energie gekost, en ik zou dit bedrijf dan ook absoluut niet aanbevelen. Als je waarde hecht aan transparantie, betrouwbaarheid en klantenservice: kijk alsjeblieft verder.

A nightmare!

Product not delivered. UPS collection points 30 miles away, finally parcel dropped totally damaged, and another battle to get collected the broken parcel.

3 weeks in a constant battle and madness

Bestellung lief reibungslos. Gute Auswahl an Bezahlmethoden, Versand hat etwas lange gedauert. ( Regal aus Schweden)

Zero stars. This is a scam. Not replying to mails. Item was ‘shipped’ bu ended up ‘Moving from warehouse to warehouse all over Germany. At least they don’t bother with green washing either.

This company is a classic scam. The item was ordered and "shipped" by a courier Euro 2 Trans. Neither have direct contact details only "contact forms" and unavailable chat.

Searching for the courier reveals a part of their website to generate tracking numbers. It looks like a completely fake courier company with an fake journey to keep you from complaining sooner. Other reviews on Trustpilot also report the same journey details.

The website looks slick, but not to be trusted at all.

È più di un mese che ho ordinato una doccia per la zona piscina .
Continuano ad inviare e-mail dove dicono che la merce è in arrivo ma ad oggi nulla

Oplichterij!

Net als andere gedupeerden een bestelling gemaakt en na een maand dubieuze tracking met Euro2trans helemaal niets ontvangen, contact met leveranciers onmogelijk. Ben nu bezig met Visa voor betwisting.
Niets kopen bij Inwohn!

Traurig aber wahr. Ich habe echt gehofft, ich muss mich diesen Bewertungen anschließen, die ich leider erst nach mehreren Bestellungen erst gelesen habe, nachdem der Lieferstatus merkwürdig wurde.

Ich habe insgesamt 5 Bestellungen aufgegeben. Seit 22.05. kurieren meine Pakete angeblich auch einige Orte… interessanterweise ändert sich der Status immer am dritten Tag…

Zum Glück habe ich mit Klarna bezahlt und dort bereits das Problem geschildert. Nun warte ich auf Rückmeldung und hoffe, dass ich mein Geld zurück bekomme.

Terrible service, I haven't received what I ordered, no reply from the team whatsoever, I cannot cancel the order, the team keep on NOT answering. I have lost £188!!!! and they send my package to northern Germany (????) from Hungary instead of to Italy!!!!

Comprato un mobile mai arrivato.
Costumer service mi ha risposto un mese dopo con frasi di circostanza per due mesi promettendo un rimborso MAI arrivato.
Scandaloso, mai successa una cosa così. DIFFIDATE!

l'articolo comprato nn mi è mai arrivato, né c'è modo di comunicare direttamente. ho scritto mi hanno accettato il rimborso, ma anche quello non è mai arrivato.

Acquisto comodino che dopo due mesi non è mai arrivato. Ordine annullato rimborso mai avvenuto. Non rispondono più nemmeno alle e-mail. Sito sconsigliato.

È uno scam!
Nessuna consegna e nessun refund. Il customer service sono risposte automatiche generate da bot.

Nach einem Monat - keine Lieferung, kein Liefertermin benannt. Werde hier nicht mehr einkaufen.

Quelle erreur de ne pas avoir regardé plus tôt les avis ! Je suis dans le même cas que tous les clients de cette entreprise allemande qui est plus que malhonnête. Rien reçu à ce jour malgré une commande passée début mai. aucun contact, aucune info..Je ne vous incite pas à faire la même erreur que moi.

Ordered 24 Apr, still not delivered 18 June!!! Contacted the shipping co - Euro2trans, they said 10 working days on 4 June. Upon tracking the order, it stated delay on 3 June & has stated investigating since 6 June. It is 10 working days from 4 June now. Contacted Euro2trans again & Inwohn 16 June & had no reply. Very unimpressed!

Unfortunately, I had the same experience as many other real customers who ordered from the site: I paid, was promised a delivery date (13 June), but of course, nothing was ever delivered. The tracking link shows a shipment that goes from Hungary to Austria to Northern Germany etc. The customer service is very hard to reach and provides generic answers and vague explanations and promises.

Stay away from this trader. Don't order anything from this shop, even if prices are attractive and the web site looks genuine (it unfortunately does)! You will regret it!

Stay away! It is a scam!
There is no customer support and the supposed shipping company ( Euro 2 Trans) is moving my package all over Germany since 27 of May.
If you don’t want to be disappointed, avoid!
