Klarer Betrugsfall. Liefer verzögerte sich zunächst um Wochen. Danach wurde der Artikel offiziell verschickt, kam aber nie an. Eine Neuversendung oder Rückerstattung fand nie statt, auch nicht auf Anfrage. Das Geld sehe ich wohl nie wieder.

6 month have passed and still no order or refund. They stoped replying to my emails so I have no idea what is going on... It's been my worst online shopping experience ever.

I mailed multiple times to their helpcentre, but their helpcentre is a AI chatbot, so no real answers to your problems. You wil just be ignored after a while.

Prepararon pedido, supuestamente enviaron y estuvo un mes de transito.
Luego dicen que se perdió.
Ahora ya ni responden al pedirles la devolución del dinero.
Espero que una denuncia a la Brigada Centra de Investigación Tecnologica de la Policía y el INCIBE, sirvan para desmantelar esta web.

I placed my order on June 12, but I never received it and I also haven’t received a refund. I cannot reach the website or customer service in any way. I’ve been scammed.

Scam company. Impossible to contact once money is paid. Difficult to get recourse from credit card company either as the scam they use seems to fall through credit card protection cracks: Inwohn sends small value items by UPS and then claims high value items sent by a different courier, Euro2trans (which seems to be a company related to Inwohn and is also not contactable) were sent and confirmed delivered via UPS. Complete scam and beware, I lost nearly $1000 to the scam.

Order never arrived and then they stopped responding to messages. There should be an option for zero stars.

This company is a scam — they take your money, create fake delivery loops, and run out the clock so you can’t get your money back.

I placed an order in April 2025 and have never received anything. For over a month, the tracking showed my parcel ping-ponging between different cities in Germany — always “in transit” but never actually arriving. It seems deliberately designed to delay refunds, since most banks only allow claims within 30 days of purchase.

Their customer service replies swiftly, but only with false assurances and copy-paste promises. After months of excuses, they admitted they “can’t process refunds” and instead offered me a 150% voucher (for a website that does not exist anymore) or told me to contact my bank — well past the claim deadline.

Full-on fraud. Do not trust this company.

Acquistato un plaid che dopo aver girato per tutta l'Ungheria e la Germania è scomparso. Chiesto il rimborso, ma mai arrivato né c'è possibilità di comunicare.

Had 5 maanden geleden wat besteld. Nog steeds niks ontvangen . Mail gestuurd… geen reactie . Nu wilde ik nog een boze mail sturen.. bestaat het niet meer… jeetje wat een toestand. Niks kopen hier!!!

I have been emailing with them for months now. My order from July 1 never arrived and they promise to 'investigate' but nothing happens. DO NOT BUY HERE

Betrug, Betrug und nochmals Betrug...Geld bezahlt, sofort Bestellbestägigung erhalten und die Ware NIE angekommen. trotz Reklamation und Geldrückforderung nie etwas erhalten.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I placed my order. Total scammers!!! I placed my order in June and until today no item and no refund. They stoped replying to my emails and there’s no other way to contact them as the phone number is invalid. It’s so upsetting that this still happens nowadays and these firms just go on unpunished scamming more people :(

Das Unternehmen liefert halbes Jahr lang nicht und man bekommt keine Information über Bestellstatus, gibt aber Rabatte auf Vorkasse. Somit bleibt man auf den Kosten sitzen und Kundenservice schreibt "die Lieferung kann nicht garantiert werden, Refund nicht möglich" - keine spezifischen Angaben zur Bestellung 6 Monate ab Bestellzeitpunkt. Musste jetzt eine Betruganzeige bei der Polizei stellen, weil seit Wochen gar keine Antwort mehr kommt.

I have made an order (4 chairs and 3 accessories) in May 18th for an expected delivery date on late May. Effective delivery was instead in late June with a missing item. Customer service assured the shipment was in progress, but in early September I couldn't get any answer about the delivery. I've then asked for the refund, but till now I haven't got any replay from the Company

This online shop is a scam.

Bought a lampshade that looked like it was in stock. It did not arrive. Got offered an gift voucher instead, which I never received. So basically they are stealing your money.

Horrible customer service - empty words, at some point they just stop replying and you are left with a defective product...
