Total scam business. Goods were never shipped, emails with promises from inwohn were friendly but nothing happens. Do NOT buy from inwohn.

This business is a scam! I ordered a 600 euro designer lamp four months ago and it was never shipped although I was charged immediately. I've sent over a dozen emails to Inwohn to ask for updates and have only gotten a few vague responses about shipments gone missing and being resent from an automated chatbot. After all these months I never received my order nor have I gotten the refund I was "promised." This company and CEO Mikkel Andersen are running an elaborate scam and should be held accountable and RETURN ALL STOLEN FUNDS. TLDR: DO NOT ORDER from Inwohn, and if you already have, SUBMIT A POLICE REPORT ASAP.

Que faire ?

Total scam! Placed an order in March. The item would be sent within 3-4 working days. Nothing heard. A month later, they charged my credit card, and I thought I would get the product within a week or two. Nothing heard. I wrote to them again in June and they promised to compensate with 5 % refund as a discount. Nothing happened. Now, four months later, I've requested a full refund. They apologised and promised to "investigate" when they could make a refund... They have investigated two weeks, and nothing heard.

Jeg bestilte tilbage i juni møbler med en længere leveringstid, nemlig 3 uger. Nu er der dog gået næsten 3 måneder og virksomheden svarer ikke på henvendelser.
Min opfordring er ikke at købe noget af virksomheden da de tilsyneladende ikke længere er aktive.

Eind april 2025 bestelde ik bij Inwohn twee tuinstoelen. De prijs was van dien aard dat ik dacht, kom, ik waag het erop. Bijna twee maanden (en heel veel voortgangsberichtjes) later volgde een levering met slechts één stoel. Daarop heb ik telefonisch contact gezocht met de klantenservice, waarbij mij beloofd werd dat er nog een stoel zou volgen. Inmiddels is het eind augustus en wacht ik nog steeds. Toen ik vandaag nogmaals wilde bellen, bleek het telefoonnummer niet meer te bestaan...

Meest slechte ervaring ooit. Bestelde medio mei een product wat ik nooit heb ontvangen. Verzocht retour in juli en heb nooit meer wat gehoord. Ongelooflijk.

Kartell kastjes besteld. Nooit gekregen. Na herhaaldelijk mailen , bellen zeiden ze dat er problemen waren met de shipping. We konden kiezen uit refund of voucher. Maar zijn niet meer bereikaar. Malafide/Maffia. Dit bedrijf moet gestopt worden!

La experiencia nefasta, después de esperar más de un mes y medio a que llegue mi pedido, me dicen que se ha perdido y me dan la opción de enviar otro y hacerme un 5% de descuento. No han hecho ni lo uno, ni lo otro y ahora he solicitado que me de devuelvan el dinero y sigo esperando respuesta. No les recomiendo que compren aquí porque es un verdadero desastre el servicio de entrega y de atención al cliente o un timo, aún no tengo claro qué es de las dos cosas, lo que sí tengo claro es que jamás volveré a hacer un pedido aquí y que si no recibo la devolución del dinero en una semana daré aviso a las autoridades competentes en fraudes on line. Han pasado dos meses desde que hice el pedido y sigo sin solución.

Awful. Avoid. I ordered 3 items from them in January 2025. Was told that one of the items ( the most expensive one at €600) was now unavailable. I requested a refund for this item in April. I received the 2 other items in May. I have not received the refund yet despite 18 emails back and forth to “customer service”. Every email from them has been vague and now they’ve stopped responding all together.

If you are thinking of placing an order with Inwohn, don't.
If you have placed an order, I suggest you contact your credit card company immediately.
I also suggest, that you report your concerns, to the Mayor of Flensburg and the Flensburg local press, you will find their details online.

Betrüger! Ware war defekt, habe Sie nach Absprache zurückgeschickt. Der Kaufpreis sollte erstattet werden. Pustekuchen, habe bis heute (9 Monate später) immer noch kein Geld bekommen.
Finger weg!

Betrug, Artikel kommen nie an, „Kundenservice“ reagiert zwar, aber man sieht sein Geld nie wieder.

Similar to almost all other real reviews here, I was scammed by this website.
After months of waiting the shipping tracking eventually said my item was held up in Flensburg and they are 'investigating'. My order tracking is the exact same content as another review here so I suspect it's fake and there was never a real product being shipped. This company is a total fraud and I will be reporting them to the German police and EU. Hopefully the man behind this company is prosecuted for theft and fraud.

Absolutely avoid this site at all costs they will simply steal your money.

Kann nur sämtliche (negativen) Bewertungen bestätigen. Auch ich habe das gleiche Prozedere durchgemacht - zuerst das vertrauensvolle Bestätigungsmail mit den Bestellangaben, dann die Tracking-Nr. und dann folgt Wochenlang nichts mehr. Die Ware durchlief eine Odyssee durch Europa und landet irgendwann in Flensburg. Dort verliert sich die Ware plötzlich - mit der Angabe „Investigating“. Heisst auf gut deutsch: Ware verloren! Und jetzt warte ich seit fast drei Monaten auf meine bestellte und bezahlte Ware (Wert €730). Muss mich selbst an der Nase nehmen - hätte ich vor der Bestellung TrustPilote oder Google konsultiert, hätte ich diesen Halunken selbstverständlich nicht berücksichtigt. Also liebe Leser dieser Rezension: ja nicht dort irgendwas bestellen. Abgesehen davon existiert die Seite mit „….de“ nicht mehr, da scheinbar Laden und Onlineshop im Insolvenzverfahren liegen. Aber Halunken finden immer einen neuen Ausweg, jetzt macht er weiter mit der gleichen Adresse „…..com“ - alles auf Englisch, gestylt daher kommend, Sitz in Handewitt. Ich habe daraus gelernt und muss wohl die bezahlte Kohle abschreiben (Antrag auf Rückerstattung der Kreditkartenfirma habe ich getätigt). Fazit: Leider gibt es viel mehr üble Figuren namens Mensch, als man meint!
