CANNOT FIND ANYONE TO CONTACT. AFTER I WROTE AN REVIEW HERE THEY CONTACTED ME AND SECURED THE REFUND BUT NOTHING. IT'S BEEN MONTHS, I CANNOT REACH ANYONE AND EVEN THAIR WEBSITE IS NOT WORKING ANYMORE?

Betrug! Ware für über 2000 CHF wurde nicht geliefert, angeblich wg. Lieferproblemen (Tracking). Mehrmalige Nachfrage erfolglos, dann ein offenbar automatisierter Bescheid, dass ich für 150% des Kaufbetrags neue Ware kaufen kann oder Geld zurück. Meine Forderung nach Rückzahlung wurde beantwortet mit einer automatisierten Mail, dass man die Nachricht an die Buchhaltung weitergleitet habe (alles in englisch) . Dann seit Wochen nichts mehr. Kriminelle Firma.

In mei bestelling gedaan, kon m’n bestelling door heel Europa volgen, maar het is nooit bij mijn adres aangekomen Kontakt gehad en er zou een nieuwe bestelling opgestuurd worden, want mijn bestelling bleek onderweg kwijtgeraakt.
De track en trace nummer zouden ze opsturen; deze heb ik nooit gehad. Dus ook geen bestelling ontvangen. Weer kontakt gezocht met het verzoek het betaalde bedrag terug te storten; geen enkele reactie!!!

Het zijn gewoon oplichters

We paid Inwohn on 20.05.2025 for a foldable seat for our disabled fitting room. To this day, we have not received the item, and despite repeated complaints, we also haven’t received our money back. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable service.

Stay away from this shop. It may work just fine (which it did for me for the first order I made), but as soon as I placed a more significant order, it just never arrived (despite the „tracking“ saying it is in transit), customer service is non-responsive and I will have to escalate the issue. Comes out cheaper buying from a real shop. Very disappointed!

Terrible experience — avoid this webshop
In October 2024, I ordered two chairs, but received the wrong ones and now I’ve been waiting over 10 months for a refund of 500 euro :( I've sent dozens of emails and made multiple phone calls, but every time I get a different excuse or empty promise. Customer service is unhelpful and hides behind automated chatbot replies. Do not buy here.

Purtroppo non si può dare meno di una stella, altrimenti lo farei. TRUFFA. STATE ALLA LARGA. Ho ordinato in data 29 marzo circa dei comodini che sarebbero dovuti arrivare a maggio. Comodini della Kartell del valore di 345 euro. I comodini non sono mai arrivati. Se avessi letto le recensioni prima non mi sarei imbattuta in questa bruttissima esperienza che ha comportato un enorme perdita di tempo ed energie. Sito fatto benissimo con lo scopo di trarre in inganno i consumatori. Prezzi competitivi (ma neanche troppi, stavo risparmiando poco + di 50 euro). Mail di traking che arriva immediatamente ma peccato che il corriere sia inesistente (circostanza scoperta successivamente). Il pacco vi risulterà spostarsi da una località e l'altra della Germania. Assistenza inesistente. Più volte ho provato a contattarli presso i loro canali. Mai ricevuto risposta. La storia si è conclusa a lieto fine perchè dopo aver fatto regolare denuncia alla polizia di stato e successivamente chiesto alla mia banca il disconoscimento dell'operazione (in quanto raggirata ed ingannata), ho ottenuto dalla mia banca il risarcimento dell'intera somma. Noto con piacere che il sito è stato chiuso, probabilmente saranno arrivate molte denunce alle Autorità. Se dovesse riapparire, NON COMPRATE.

I would rate this 0 stars if it were possible. I ordered two cabinets from Inwohn on the 30th of April. Delivery could take up to 20 days they stated. The package left Hungary on the 1st of May and made its way across Germany to Flensburg where Inwohn is based, over a month later on the 6th of June. It sat there without any updates although I emailed to request one. The status of the package changed to 'Investigating,' like other reviewers it never changed from that status and I never received the order. I emailed the company multiple times with no reply. No one answers their phone line. It wasn't until I lodged a complaint via Shop Pay that Inwohn took any notice. This was 84+ days after placing the order. They obsequiously offered to refund. Zero sign of the refund after the initial timeline given on the website, and then also after the extended timeline promised via email. In the end, I had to dispute the transaction with my bank card issuer to retrieve the money (over £1000, first time I have had to do this). This was 118 days after placing the order.

This website is a total SCAM!!!!! If you are wondering why your order is not coming or why it is going up until where-ever-the-shit place or why it is cancelled without any reasonable reason after one month, CONTACT POLICE AND YOUR BANK DIRECTLY. If not, you won't get any penny back.

Ordine mai arrivato, dopo numerosi solleciti mi dicono che rimborseranno, dopo 6 mesi ancora nessun accredito. qualsiasi cosa vi dicano è una TRUFFA. NON COMPRATE!

Habe einen Tisch dort ”bestellt”, der etwas günstiger war als auf anderen Hompages… Letzten Endes kam der Tisch nie, ich wurde immer wieder vertröstet und die Stornierungsbestätigung kam dann irgendwann, es erfolgte aber keine Rückerstattung.
Die Anschrift stimmt nicht, auch nicht die Streetview Aufnahme (Einschreiben kam zurück), telefonisch ist niemand erreichbar, per Mail antwortet immer ”irgendjemand” (vll sogar eine KI), oder gar am Ende gar keiner mehr… Es war ein sehr langwieriger, ärgerlicher und nervenzehrender Prozess, habe Anzeige erstattet und tatsächlich nach Monaten und ewigen Dokumentationsnachweisen alles von meiner Kreditkartenfirma erstattet bekommen.
Das Unternehmen ist wahrscheinlich irgendwo im Ausland ansässig und daher nicht zu belangen. Da auch die Adresse falsch ist, wäre im Fall der Fälle nicht mal ein Gerichtsverfahren möchlich, da jegliche Daten falsche Angaben sind.

As an add on to all other reviews, same experience but I advice to follow the charge back procedure with your Bank. I got my money back and apperantely the Bank was succesfull with the claim and Inwohn paid. It’s a bit effort but worth in the end

My produkt has never been delivered and I am struggling for more than 9 months now to get my due reimboursement ( more than 10 messages shared with some people that are always asking for more time .... )

Medio 2023 een Montana Preppy bij Inwohn.de besteld. Het meubel werd zwaar beschadigd geleverd. Volgens het retourneringsproces zou ik mijn geld terug krijgen. Meer dan 2 jaar later en tientallen emails nog steeds geen geld terug (net als velen kwam ik achter). Koop hier dus niet.

Esperienza che nasconde una truffa bella e buona: ordine effettuato il 18 aprile con consegna prevista il 29 maggio... il tracking number rimandava a un sito mai sentito (EURO2TRANS) che veniva aggiornato ogni due giorni, il pacco ha vagato per paesini sconosciuti dell'Europa senza mai arrivare a destinazione... solamente dopo il mio sollecito al servizio clienti, la risposta data (bot) mi ha comunicato che il pacco era stato perso...
Dopo promesse di rimborso mai arrivate, sono stata costretta a procedere tramite la mia banca per il riaccredito del denaro.. state attenti!

These guys are horrendous. Thank goodness the Allies won the war or humanity would be living in caves trying to figure out what on earth one put on cars to make them roll. Horrendous service - time wasting losers. Won't give me my money back.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Similar experience to all other negative reviews here and €500 worth of goods never received and scam delivery site sending bogus updates.

They cancelled the order in July and offered refund which has not been forthcoming.

I note the shop in Germany is now permanently closed and the website has been taken off line.

So cross with myself as failed to check reviews first ….snd may be too late for a chargeback :-(((
