I've heard of iheartraves for a long time but never ordered before. My roommates get stuff from them all the time and they had an outfit release that I absolutely fell in love with in July of 2024. It was on sale so I ordered it. When it arrived, I noticed some of the fabric seemed to be cut. Like it wasn't a hemmed edge or the even the edge of the piece of clothing. There was just a cut in part of the top. I asked to exchange the item and then things got a little complicated. I sent the item back, expecting a new one to be sent. They told me the item is no longer in stock, but they can give me store credit. Again, this was my first and only time ordering because I fell in love with a specific outfit. I asked if they could just give me back the one I returned then, even though I returned it due to damage. They said they weren't able to but I have store credit, and can keep an eye out for if the item restocks, which they couldn't guarantee or give me a timeline of. I fought to just get a refund. They finally said okay. Recently (Jan 2025) I noticed the item was available again and reached out, asking if I placed an order, could my original discount be honored? They said okay and I've now reordered the item, and have received my refund to match what I originally paid. Ardie was the most recent person to help me and was great and very quick to do the price match for me. So this took 7 months and hopefully nothing is wrong with the item this time 🤞🏻

I had an item missing from my order, so I went to the website and was connected with Joan. Joan did a fantastic job and made sure the item that was missing was reshipped.

Hot Hot Hot! I'm so stoked with the fit and cute cut of the crop tops and shorts that got. True to size and really flattering (which can be hard to get in rave / festival clothes)! I needed some more info and their customer support person Joan was very helpful and responsive. Will defo be getting more from here!!!!

I have ordered about 5 outfits total from here they are all great quality. This year at EDCO my rave fam and I all wore matching outfits from here, we have very unique body types and were able to all find our size. We were accidentally sent the wrong shirt for one of our group members and customer service was excellent they overnighted a replacement to our hotel just in time for the show! Highly recommend this company and their products.

The address I had on file was old, and my package was sent to the wrong place. After reaching out to customer service, Ardie was able to resolve the issue immediately! I was offered multiple options and I was able to get the help I needed! Another reason I'll always be apart of the iheartraves family!

I had a few complications regarding the free shipping when I checked out during the Cyber Monday sale, but I decided to make the order anyway while I reached out to the employees. Ardie from the iHeartRaves team was kind enough to reach out and clarify the confusion and even looked into the small details so that I wasn't left in the dark. I appreciate this kind of help from customer service reps and I hope more brands can look up to them :)

Great sales and the best customer service! I recently placed an order and accidentally ordered the wrong size of one of the items. Ardie was very friendly and helpful in resolving the issue for me. I was worried that I would have to pay for my mistake, but Ardie explained several options and made sure that I was well taken care of.
