Product quality does not match the prices and the sizing is off on the website. Convenient, since they only offer store credit. Deceptive business practices. You can find better products elsewhere.

This company needs to go out of business. I’m pretty sure what they’re doing is illegal. I might report them to the police. I spent $200, returned everything because I didn’t like it and somehow I got $40 back.

I bought an outfit for EDC in a large. It came in looking like a small. When I choose to do a refund, they said store credit only and only give me 50%. That’s BS for a $200 outfit. I can make my own outfit thanks to Amazon.

They even sent a follow up email when I hadn't responded yet. Once I responded, they replied within a few hours and addressed my choice of solution right away. I love the Flashbang Matrix Reflective Hooded Bodysuit! It fits very snug and shapes my body more than I expected. I also bought the Night Vision Reflective Cutout Jumpsuit and the Time 2 Get Lit Reflective Cargo Joggers but I accidentally bought a size too big and had to return them for store credit. Luckily the return process was smooth, I just needed to wait for my credit. I initially received the credit for one item and couldn't find the credit for the other. When I inquired about the status of my credit via email, Ardie was very helpful and quick to reply, and resent the missing credit email to me. Great experience 10/10, and I was able to get a whole new outfit that I am so excited to try next 😁
