    Absolutely incredible service every…

    Absolutely incredible service every time - my items are back within 24 hours! If there are any marks they are not able to get out, it’s great they let me know prior to collection. Would highly recommend! Love how they are protected too with their dry cleaning bags.

    Dangerous driver reported to police

    I had the misfortune of encountering one of your drivers this morning attempting to illegally drive through roadworks in Wandsworth where the signs clearly state 'road closed'. Despite Thames Water engineers and me trying to reason with him, he became aggresive and rude and attempted to drive round the roadworks on the pavement. The photos of the vehicle and the driver have been sent to the police

    10/10 for service, pricing and convenience!

    Honestly, IHI is great; I can’t believe how easy the process is and how reasonable the pricing is!

    I’ve been using IHI for about 3 years now and every time it’s as good as - if not better than - the last! The team collect and drop off right to your door and the clothes come back perfect every time.

    I even called up to make a recommendation to make the service even better and had a really great chat with a very friendly member of the team, who made it clear that the feedback was really valued and that they’re always looking to improve!

    Genuinely 10/10 recommend them - great service, very well priced and could not be more convenient!

    They lose items

    Miami: They lost my comforter, tried to deliver someone else’s items twice, then admitted it was lost. No compensation offered.
    Delicate items have also come back damaged (snags, pulls).
    Unreliable service — not to be trusted.

    Wash & Fold Gone Wrong!

    We were in town from New York, staying at a nearby hotel, and trusted ihateironing to wash and fold almost all of our expensive, machine washable laundry before continuing on with our travels. Big mistake!

    The whites and lights returned ruined, stained BLUE, and totally discolored. Clearly the lights and darks weren't separated despite my explicit instructions to do so.

    Beyond that, the laundry absolutely REEKS of chemicals (to a degree that is truly unusual) , is wrinkled, and a dark pair of pants now has several mysterious grease stains. A machine washable sweater was also dry cleaned (why?) and smells even stronger than the rest of the items.

    My daughter, husband, and I left the hotel this morning in yesterday's dirty clothes without so much as a clean pair of underwear.

    Needless to say, I'm very upset and even emotional after having spent weeks packing and preparing for this trip, buying the family new clothes, etc. Spent the afternoon at our new location scouting out a laundromat, buying unscented laundry detergent, bleach, and laundry bags.
