I requested my shirts to be dry…
I requested my shirts to be dry cleaned, they ignored the request and wet cleaned them. I repeated the request when the invoice was asked to be confirmed. They did not perform the service that I requested, hence the one star.
I think that they are not good at going "off piste", they have a service and if you want that service, then fine, if you do not then they don't really care.
To be entirely fair, the pick up in drop off was absolutely within the times given.
Just for the environmentalists, the amount of cardboard and plastic in the packaging I found to be rather shocking.
To your reply; have you really had so many complaints from the name Nick G in the past couple of weeks that you did not dry clean my shirts that you can not narrow it down? Come come. I think that if you wanted to sort it out then you would have done so by now.

I attempted to purchase a gift voucher…
I attempted to purchase a gift voucher for a friend and, a week later, it still hasn’t been delivered. What should have been a straightforward online purchase turned into a protracted, circular exchange with customer services involving multiple emails, repeated explanations, and requests for information already provided several times.
I was initially told the voucher would be emailed to the recipient, then told this wasn’t possible, and finally informed that my friend would need to create an account and place an order before the credit could be manually added — none of which is made clear at the point of purchase. Even after providing a screenshot of the bank transaction, there was still no simple resolution or confirmation.
Overall, the process was confusing, inefficient, and time-consuming, and completely undermined the idea of buying this as a gift. I wouldn’t recommend ihateironing for gift vouchers based on this experience.

One of the best services I have ever discovered. Split between New York and London, it's really hard to find good people that are flexible to come and do your laundry, especially when travelling.
