Booked a slot online, pick up was punctual, dry cleaning of wool coat absolutely satisfactory and delivery within less than two days. For someone with a busy schedule this has been such a good service experience. Would recommend!

Reliable, competitively priced and perfect for busy households.
Ihateironing is really reliable, they always turn up during the specified hours. The times for collection and drop off are really flexible which is great - i..e you can get a slot pretty quickly (we still try not to pick ones immediately though to be fair on the business). We had an issue where the linen shirts were coming back a little creased a few times, I think due to the nature of the fabric and possibly learnings in-house, but we spoke to customer service when this happened and they have ensured it hasn't happened since so quite pleased about that. I would say the prices are really competitive as well. Perfect for busy households!

Needed a suit dry cleaned so I had a look on google and found this place. I hate ironing Epsom were brilliant. The process was so easy, you fill in details online, there was so much availability. You could chose when you would like the items collected and then returned, all from the comfort of you own home. I would 100% recommend as the suit has turned out perfectly, and they even gave a free carry bag. Quick and efficient- thank you!

Unfortunately, the clothes do not smell like they have been properly washed. There is no noticeable detergent or fabric softener scent, and the items do not feel fresh or clean. This is quite concerning, as cleanliness and freshness are the main reasons for using a professional laundry service.

Do exactly what they say they'll do
We are renting. Landlady was away and washing machine died. I have 4 kids, probably do 20 washloads a week. Being without a machine whilst waiting to get the replacement, would have had all our lives ground to a halt quickly. Found these guys on google and they literally fixed our problem and kept our house running for about 10 days in the end! Thank you so much. Did exactly as they said on the tin. Will definitely use again in similar situation or for other services like dry cleaning or tailoring. Thanks!

Amazing concept, incredible service.
It’s not often that I feel compelled to write a review after receiving good service, but Ihateironing I am thoroughly impressed by.
I think the concept is great which is further supported by the most intuitive and user friendly app. The customer service shadows this in every way too, it’s easy to get hold of someone whether through instant message within the app or via phone call.
I was quick to receive a message response in the app and no wait times or robots on the phone.
The service required an additional day than originally planned which was communicated excellently.
On the day of delivery to return the items back to me, I was unexpectedly unable to meet the driver at the original address. The team at IhateIroning had this sorted for me within minutes and was able to reroute their driver to ensure I received my items on time.
I cannot recommend highly enough and I look forward to using IHateIroning in the future.

Used this for the first time and was not disappointed. The process was extremely seamless and the app even better than the website. The service was fantastic. Prompt collection and delivery. found this on internet. don't usually trust things i read on internet but i'm glad i did. had some full length lined and inter-lined curtains that have been hanging for 20 years. no way of cleaning myself. contacted ihateironing.com to my amazement was contacted and curtains taken same day, returned the next.driver was Ash, he was friendly and put me at ease because curtains were a bit soiled and i was a bit embarrassed. lovely person. thank you ihateironing.
