Extremely unhappy
I gave in two of my Ugg boots to get cleaned. They came back stained and the texture became rough and the color changed. Even the collar of the shoe was turned inside out. I am extremely disappointed especially because of the expensive price I paid. I expected better from them since I had a hapt experience with my other shoes.

Really good service, meticulous care of clothes. Over a period of 3 years, I went through three disappointing laundry services before finding IHI, and what a contrast. They collect and deliver when they say they will, too. Very easy app. Great communication if anything out of the ordinary needs doing.

Fantastic company!
I’ve been using Ihateironing for about a year now. The service has been really handy as I’m in a wheelchair now after bone cancer.
Every single time the driver has kept to the one hour time slot both picking up and delivering back.
Everything is ironed fantastically and the repairs I’ve had to clothes are excellent and prices are good.
Customer Svc is thorough and professional.
Cannot recommend them enough.

Their service is incredibly easy to use and reliable. The delivery staff are always lovely. I find their app very easy to use as well, and their customer service is quick and helpful. I’ve used them three or four times already for all my bedding and it’s going to be a regular thing. I can’t imagine going back!
