Rendelés nem teljesült
November 21.-én adtam le rendelést 2 dologra. Egy nyeregalátétet karácsonyi ajándéknak szántam volna. Karácsony előtt 3 nappal kaptam e-mailt, hogy pont azt a rendelést nem tudják teljesíteni. Nem ez volt az első ilyen eset. Át kellene szervezni a logisztikát, mert így ebben a formában nem felelnek meg a mai kor követelményeinek.

Item deleted and not received.
Unfortunately, one product has been removed from purchased products without notice. In addition, an item is on the invoice but has not been received. I haven't encountered such poor service lately. There is no correct information, only the automatic nonsense mail arrives. In view of these, I would not dare to recommend the purchase unconditionally.

We are sorry you are so disappointed with our service. We are aware that for the last few months we have not been able to provide the service our customers are used to.
This was due to an internal system change. The resulting delivery delays led to an increased amount of customer enquiries, which we unfortunately could not answer as quickly as we wanted.

Botrány ez a webshop
Botrány ez a webshop. Hosszu lenne leirni mi történt de mire megkaptam az volt bő másfél hónap és kb 10 elküldött email. Nem kaptam meg mindent amit kértem. A fogyasztó fogalmával nincsenek tisztában. Ez volt az utolsó ,hogy innen vettem valamit. Úgy elment a kedvem ,hogy soha többet nem rendelek egy webshopból se.

I ordered twice in November from horze.hu, first during black week then on cyber week.
Though the first order was a week out of the deadline, I guess due to the extra amount of days they needed for one of the products, but the second order was perfectly in time. Everything was in order with the package, but the customer service could be a littlebit faster.
